Ein riesiges Dankeschön an TaylorMade Europa für einen wirklich außergewöhnlich guten Support.
Ich hatte einen Garantiefall mit meinem Driver und wurde vom ersten Kontakt an absolut freundlich, schnell und professionell betreut. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass sich der Support sogar um Informationen gekümmert hat, die eigentlich meine Aufgabe gewesen wären, die ich in diesem Fall aber nicht selbst leisten konnte. Gemeinsam mit meinem Stammhändler wurde alles schnell, unkompliziert und absolut kundenorientiert abgewickelt.
Die Kommunikation war 1A – ich wurde persönlich angerufen, musste nie lange auf Rückmeldungen warten und hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, dass man sich wirklich kümmern möchte.
Genau aus diesem Grund spiele ich TaylorMade – natürlich wegen der Qualität der Schläger, aber eben auch wegen eines Supports, den man heutzutage nur noch selten erlebt.

What impressed me most was that they even helped with information and processes that technically would have been my responsibility, but which I was unable to provide myself in this situation.
