Important Innovations In A Old School Industry

Been with TCGSync about a year and a half. Systems and development have come a long way in that time. The features and capabilities of this system are huge and next level for a CCG company. It's never been a perfect system things break but it has always been fixed and immediate system issues have been fixed as fast as possible. I do 100% think that support/ticket system could use some work, as when offering a B2B software. Downtime and features not working can be crucial to a company and honestly frustrating. I think this software is headed in the right direction and is awesome. As far as features go it's on par if not better than what something like a binderpos offers without the ridiculous transaction fees.

I only give one star because I can't…

I only give one star because I can't give zero stars. We purchased the software for our store that we are opening in BC, Canada. From the start we encountered issues. We submitted several tickets, but none were responded to. When we realized that we would not be able to use this program for our store, we asked for a refund within 10 days. It has now been 6 weeks and we still do not have a working product or refund. As we need to open our store asap, we had to purchase another product. DO NOT ORDER THIS SOFTWARE. It is appearing as a scam. He takes your money and you don't hear anything back for tech support, assistance, or refund for a dissatisfied customer.

After this was posted, the owner contacted us to finally work out the issues, however after a few hours of communication, he stopped talking to us for days again still with no refund. He also took it upon himself to cancel our access to the software leaving us out the money and the software.

You have requested a refund to help get your business moving and i asked that i look at it monday. I am sorry you felt that was not acceptable and proceeded with this review. The last software you'll ever need

So excited to find this software. It is a massive upgrade from existing all-in-one solutions and at a very reasonable price point. If you sell TCG products in any capacity, this software is for you. It is ideal of brick and mortar LGSs that need an e-commerce dashboard, access to a singles/sealed product catalog, POS, buylist system, and things you didn't even know you needed, this is the software for you. The devs are easy to contact and quick to fix things. Moreover, they are super keen on developing new features and creating custom solutions for their customers. Couldn't be more pleased.

TCGSync is the future.

TCGSync is a robust and adapting all encompassed software suite. It does everything and its Shopify integration is incredibly convenient.

Damo is on top of bugs as soon as they're brought up, with fixes coming in sometimes within minutes of problems coming up.

With how quickly this software is developing i would not be surprised to see it become the most popular card based sales system.

I highly suggest the Enterprise tier, it gives you access to all the power functionality the system has to offer at your fingertips.

10/10 expectations exceeded

Found TCGSync and joined through the enterprise program it has been an excellent experience and has successfully integrated with our Shopify store almost seamlessly and when there were hiccups support has been great through discord. Really exciting to see how fast it has grown as a service I would 10/10 recommend it to TCG stores looking to sell singles.

Great tools! Recommended company.

Been working with tcgsync for my business for over 2 years now. Great tools, services and working together!

Damo has lived up to our expectations greatly. Worked 1-on-1 with him on updates. Also feature requests have been worked through and implemented.

Live demo's are often given when new features arrive and Damo or his employees are fast with responses.

Tcgsync misleads, overpromises and lies with their software

Tcgsync misleads, lies and overpromises about his software. This software is a scam.
We signed up in Mid-April to get the software ready for a late-April launch.
We quickly found out that many of the promised features (even on the basic package) were not functional or required significant additional back-end work on our end to make them function.
Tcgsync led us to believe there was a full support team behind him, but he insisted all support tickets went to him to resolve.
This meant we would go days without getting responses or fixes to basic issues including:
- The core product of the software not being delivered (TCG card catalogues were either incomplete or not uploaded at all)
- A Point of Sale that integrates with Shopify (customers, store credit, product prices, inventory levels would never sync correctly)
- many other minor bugs and issues that included the buylist that Tcgsync promised to resolve and did not

After 2 months of back and forth trying to get this to work, Tcgsync claimed that we were lucky he hadn't charged us an additional $2000 in fees that he was entitled to.
These "fees" were a very misled and miscalculated total based on our total sales rather than just the TCGSync items created.

Tcgsync has promised a refund as of 8/6/25 but we have not yet received it.

Stay far, far away from this software and this guy.

Edit for update in response:
- Tcgsync partially refunded us after we followed up as it was not actioned immediately as he stated
- Tcgsync claims that we were upgraded in service level to appease our issues and concerns. Whilst this is technically true, the "upgrade" in service level did not change, alter or better the functionality or customer service provided by Tcgsync

A refund was issued promptly - we upgraded the user to enterprise for free despite being on the lowest plan which did not include the features requested - upgrade was given but eventually we had to suspend this account due to abuse given to our staff. We gave a full refund despite the user having a free upgrade for over 3 months.

Best TCG software out there

Been using TCGSync for 2 years now and while at the start there was a couple of hiccups, that is now in the past. The software now is head and shoulders above all the others in the market and the support is second to none. Best decision we made!.

Don't listen to the haters

Most of the hate comes from people that were trying to shut TCGS down because of direct competition. I used to use BinderPOS and TCGS is what BinderPOS could have been had it not been sold. It has been a game changer for my business, and I don't know anyone that works longer or harder than the owner.
