One of worst couriers in uae. Staffs attitudes unbelievable and they even can’t communicate properly as their language is very poor. Today I called about my shipment and the staff looks like in half sleep or intoxicated don’t know what’s? It’s unfortunate is to deal with kind of unprofessional firms in this great land. I would like to rate BELOW ZERO AS THEY DESERVE TO GET BLOW THIS. Disgusting attitudes by the staff

Awful, unprofessional, inexperienced.
Not a courier company but a group of people who do not know what is going on.

I used TCS Express for a COD parcel that I placed on Saturday, 13/06/2026, with an urgent delivery commitment. The expected delivery date was Wednesday, 16/06/2026, but even today, 22/06/2026, I have still not received my parcel.

During this period, I contacted TCS customer support at least 6 times, and every time I received a completely different response:

Wednesday end of day: “It will be delivered by Thursday somehow.”
Thursday morning: “It will be delivered today.”
Thursday end of day: “It won’t be delivered today, but tomorrow for sure.”
Friday morning: “The rider went out but your address was incorrect.”
Friday end of day: “Your address is correct, but your office was closed.”
Saturday: “No rider ever received your parcel; it is still lying in our warehouse and will now be delivered on Monday.”

On Saturday and Sunday, I was repeatedly told that my office was closed and the rider attempted delivery, but there was no real attempt or contact made.

Even the tracking system shows inconsistent and misleading updates, repeatedly claiming that the rider is “out for delivery” every day, which is clearly not true.

I personally contacted a TCS representative, who confirmed that the parcel is still in their warehouse and suggested that I should collect it myself. This completely defeats the purpose of home delivery service.

I also tried contacting the rider directly, but he did not respond to calls or WhatsApp messages and later switched off his phone.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience with no accountability, no clear communication, and no actual delivery attempt despite multiple promises.

Worst Experience
I lost my 10-12 product which was around Rs 400k
never use their services

Order was delivered on the 30th. If within 1km, they took 4 days. They called to deliver the next day, but I picked it up myself.

Too many third-class services, Never Use this company service, they didn't deliver the parcel to you, just mark the status " address not found' and return it to Sendor.
I order 10k Items from Sindh Punjab. they marked 2 times status address not found, 3rd time I wasted my whole day to find the Black sheep who was assigned to deliver my Parcel, Luckily found him and received my parcel after insulting him,
Today my brother's ATM card was again marked 3 times that the address was not found and returned to the bank.
Biggest Company HHC dropshipping is also closed working with them. they have Hundreds of orders daily but cancel business terms just because of Too many returns
and cheap services.
