SCAM! REPORTED TO ACTION FRAUD DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Thieves! They sell fake Suffuse suits. I had ordered 2 Suffuse suits but I received fake copies with a wrong size. I have sent them all the pictures straight away when received but they are not replying to me. I had paid £285. I will open a claim against them and report them. I wish I had read these reviews earlier about THE DESIGNER STITCH. These are not designer clothes they sell fake copies.

SCAM, thieves, stay away.

Paid for a dress but haven’t given the dress or money until i had to send court orders. I ordered in march and had to message 10 times no reply.

Only when the court order came that’s when they started chasing me to pay me!! If anyone owes them money, please fill them with defamation and court order through small court claim through gov.uk. I had to take legal advice and still the company hasn’t made the full payment. STAY AWAY.

And everyone who hasn’t had their money back please send them court order, complain to action fraud and HMRC. They are a scam and defnitely doing illegal things. They are a couple and completely scamming people. Their details all can be found on the companies house website in the internet. They are still trading and scamming surely . Don’t let them scam anyone!! It’s high time

My experience with this seller has been terrible. They initially sent me a fake tracking link for my order. When I questioned it, they admitted the issue and promised me a full refund.

Instead of processing the refund, they shipped the item without my consent. After that, they say they can’t process the refund as the dress was shipped! As per the tracking link, the dress was only shipped after they had promised me a full refund.

They have lied to me about my order from the beginning and act like I have done something wrong.

They even deleted my comments and other comments on instagram, and even blocked me so they can continue deceiving vulnerable customers.

I have now reported the matter to Action Fraud as the behaviour is extremely suspicious and unprofessional.

Buyers, please be very careful when dealing with this seller and continue reporting their accounts!!

I regret not reading the reviews before placing my order. It’s been six weeks since I made my purchase, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company, I’ve received no response. I’m genuinely shocked by the lack of communication and the apparent scam-like behavior—taking payment and failing to deliver the goods.

Initially, I was promised delivery within one week, but nothing has arrived. I strongly advise others not to trust this website. I’ve now initiated a dispute with my bank to recover the funds, but the stress and frustration simply aren’t worth it.

This is a complete waste of time.. not genuine at all!
I placed an order on 29 March and still haven’t received my dress. Full payment has been made.The WhatsApp number doesn’t even acknowledges messages or voice calls.
Absolute waste of time. I will have to contact my bank to reverse payment.

Beware - this company is a con.

Avoid this business at all costs. Ordered a £300 outfit in size large when it arrived it was ripped, had hooks missing, had lipstick stains and worse of all the size of it was an XS. They were quick to reply to messages before purchase but when I got in contact with all these issues they just read the messages and didn’t respond. Absolutely disgusting they don’t even deserve 1 star.

Hi guys, please be aware of this resellers, they are fake and do not provide the original brand item. I wanted an outfit that was out of stock and my friend told me about The designer stitch so i blindly without checking reviews went ahead and ordered thinking it will be out of stock fast. The piece arrived and it was in poor quality, they tried their best to copy it but the material and the work done was all very poor. I told them to refund me they agreed in returning £20 out of £145. I told them that not sensible.

They have been unresponsive since. I used debit card and the bank can't do much about it.

Please beware and share this review wherever possible.

I purchased a dress for £300, as they promised to deliver it before Eid. As the date approached, I messaged them to request tracking details. However, they started ignoring my messages. After some persistence, they finally replied a week later, but when I asked for evidence of the shipment, they ignored me completely. To confirm my suspicions, I checked their reviews on Trustpilot, and I found out that I was indeed a victim of a scam.

Awful customer experience, I ordered my outfit 4 weeks ago and when I did I confirmed delivery and they stated it would be within the next week. The week came and went but no update or apology! 4 week on I am still chasing them and they said I would receive by Eid, Eid is tomorrow and still no outfit. I messaged them today asking for a refund no response or apology.

Atrocious communication and customer service. Will not be shopping with them again. PLEASE AVOID!

This review would be a 0 star if that was an option. The company are shambolic and not to be trusted. They advise of no refunds, promise delivery for a certain date and then do not deliver. When asking for a refund they will then advise that because of their no refund policy on customised outfits, a refund is not possible. The customer is then left with money owed to them with non delivery of their parcel. I urge others to take them to Small Courts and maybe then they will not take pride in providing a diabolical service.

I whatsapped the business who confirmed delivery would be 5-7 working days. I chased my order up multiple times on Instagram and WhatsApp as they were ignoring me and kept saying that the order would be shipped the following week. This went on for weeks until I demanded an answer as to where my order was to which she replied “your order has been refunded”- not only were they insincere, but they’ve left it so late that I cannot order my outfit from anywhere else in time for Eid. I would not trust this business or order from them

Ordered two suits from them from the last suffuse collection. Only one got delivered so I kept messaging me them on WhatsApp for an update on the second suit and I never got a response or my suit. Absolutely appalling

They are not a valid company. Everything from their website to instagram page is fake. The videos on instagram belongs to other accounts which they copy. Fortunately I paid through credit card and could get my money back from the fraudsters. There customer service would ask you to wait and give time just to push you outside your refund time frame

Avoid at all costs. Horrendous customer service and zero communications after you place your order. A classic case of happy to take your order, receive the cash but no follow up.

Following an issue with an order, this business promised an exchange - over 3 months later absolutely no resolution and to make matters worse, zero replies to messages.

Even a one star is overly generous for this shoddy excuse of a business.

I was told not to order at this website but I thought maybe since I’m not ordering fancy Asian clothes it won’t be that bad…turns out I was terribly wrong. I ordered two co ords from the same designer Pakistani brand and only one arrived and it wasn’t as described plus I never received the second one. I requested a refund and was ignored on WhatsApp no delivery updates either the whole time. I luckily paid with my credit card so my bank refunded me BUT they had the audacity to email me asking me about it???? I hope this so called business crashes out and they stop stealing peoples money because this is no way to do business. Absolutely disgusting and vile behaviour towards their customers. I only order directly from the designers themselves now not these fake and trashy third party websites.

Absolute fraud. I ordered 4 outfits and a potli. Never received one of the outfits and potli and they sent me a wrong outfit. Promised me a refund and would send me outfit out. Kept saying end of week and we’re nearly a year down! They keep on ignoring my messages and will not communicate. Do not order from them
