It was definitely the worst teamsport track I have been to and i have been to a few.. it was like bumper cars.. we spoke to the staff and they said they saw it and will watch them in the 2nd race... yet in the second race the same people were acting like they were in bumper cars which resulted to myself and a couple of the other members of our group coming away with a number of bruises. Nothing was done yet 2 of our group were blacked flagged for clipping the barrier yet watching their video cant see them clipping the barrier. . Spoke to the manager who came and asked us how our race was... when we said not good he asked why....when we told him he asked for the kart numbers and said he would talk to them. . He didnt.... he just carried on walking and then when we asked where he was no one knew. We paid for a 3 for 2 but only did 2 races and they were the worse ever.

The team at the venue are always so friendly and the carting is great fun.
Great place and great company use for kids birthday most years.

Just visited Teamsport Karting and it was a real disappointment.
When we booked, there was no mention of any extra charge for the head covering under the helmet. We only found out on the day and got charged extra for it — felt like a sneaky add-on.
Then it took forever to actually get the race started. We spent ages waiting around with no clear communication about what was going on.
Afterwards we tried the arcade and several of the machines simply weren’t working. Pretty poor for a place that promotes itself as a full entertainment venue.
Overall a frustrating experience. Expected better for the money.

Great afternoon at Harlow Team Sport. Xenia looked after your teen party really well and the girls had great fun. Will be back soon.

2de keer dat ik hier ben wezen karten.
Helaas is de kans wel groot dat je met onervaren mensen komt die een stuk trager zijn, of totaal niet weten hoe het werkt.

Opzich is dat niet heel gek, aangezien het een recreatieve baan is.

In mijn 2de heat reed ik bijna continu onder een gele vlag.
Hoe jammer dat ook is, het kan gebeuren.
Toen ik dit aangaf achteraf bij het personeel heb ik ter compensatie een gratis heat gekregen voor een andere keer.

Personeel heeft mij super geholpen en handeld snel wanneer er iets voorvalt op de baan

Excellent greeting by Sam on the front desk. Explained clearly and professionally what I had to do to register and sign in. Was told where to go and wait. Very helpful staff The place felt well maintained. I will definitely be returning.

My son had an excellent session at TeamSport today with John. He took the time to go out on track with him, carefully analysing his driving and showing him where he could improve and gain time on each lap. John's coaching was clear, patient and encouraging, and my son came away feeling much more confident and motivated to beat his lap time. A fantastic experience with great customer service – we can't thank John enough. Highly recommended!

Scam – Don't Go
This place is a scam. They do not give refunds under any circumstances. If they cancel your booking at the last minute, they still refuse to return your money. Instead, they only offer a credit that must be used within six months.

The place is also very unhealthy. It was extremely hot inside, like a sauna, and we felt sick because of the temperature.

Overall, this was a terrible experience. Be careful before booking, as you may not get your money back if anything goes wrong.

Brilliant first karting experience for me and my son. We had the track to ourselves, everything ran very smoothly and we weren't waiting long at all. The staff were very helpful and friendly, we had Niko and Tilly for the two races. Thank you for a brilliant first race experience, we will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

Twice i have called customer service with unusual issues and requests and have been met with lovely, helpful and very supportive staff members who are actively looking for solutions for my issues. A big thank you to Ella Ramsey who was patient and proffesional throught the customer service call.

My experience at the different Teamsport venues has always been pleasant thanks to the amazing employees and Ella is proof that Teamsport takes pride in their proffesionalism and i would definitely rate this organisation higher if i could.

We had an amazing experience! Big thank you and much respect to Zarina who was wonderful. Took her time to go through the safety demo and ensured my child was safe but had fun. Also very encouraging towards my child as it was their first time driving a go-kart. She is a credit to herself and the team!

​0 Stars - Extremely Disappointed, Ruined Birthday Experience & Demanding a Full Refund
​As someone who has visited this location a few times before and never had an issue, I am completely shocked by our visit earlier today (July 31, 2026, at 1:30 PM) for my son's birthday.
​The adult racing vests provided were in a completely unacceptable, unsanitary condition. The smell was overwhelmingly foul resembling unwashed sweat and vomit making them entirely impossible to wear. We tried asking for replacements and went through five to six different suits, all of which had the exact same horrific odor.
​Because it is summertime, visitors are wearing shorts and t-shirts, meaning these unwashed suits go directly onto bare skin soaked in sweat. With no proper washing or sanitization taking place, there is a serious risk of skin conditions or infections being easily transmitted from one customer to the next.
​Because of this, I was unable to race and share the experience with my boys on his birthday. When we addressed this with staff, we were told they don't wash them on-site. Instead, staff simply sprayed a suit with a small spray bottle right in front of us, and rather than properly cleaning it, they folded it right back up and put it under the counter ready to hand to the next unsuspecting customer.
​While I spoke with the manager and staff on duty who noted down my details to pass along to upper management, I am officially demanding a full refund, not store credit. Given these appalling hygiene standards, I will not be returning

absolutely no fun! workers let us go on green light (full speed) once and would stop the course constantly, so we couldn’t ‘race’ as it’s designed for. workers didn’t control their drivers as number 11 bumped into me many times and was not disciplined.

This is the best go kart track ive ever raced on thats why it was such a disappointment the fact that due to other racers i didnt manage to post one clean lap as people would spin out on corners you should never spin out on, i spent about 10 minutes of the entire 45 minutes sat still on a red light because people were unable to properly operate their go karts, other peoples inability to drive eats into your time so i wouldnt even bother risking it if i were you, waste of time and money, absolutely awful experience.

Good track, experience, however lots of pausing/stopping, despite no1 from our group causes issues.

Paid for 15m got realistically 7.5mins

Price on the higher end also

Wij gaan regelmatig karten bij The Wall in Utrecht. Inmiddels zijn we member geworden, je krijgt goede uitleg en de baan is leuk en snel. Soms is het jammer dat als je bij mindere in een heat zit je veel oranje krijgt. Maar goed iedereen moet het leren. Personeel is vriendelijk en het leuke is dat je jezelf kunt terug kijken.

Transport Mitcham - absolute waste of time. Staff could not give 2 hoots. No sense of urgency or starting on time. Kids standing around to start their race at 11.15….finally start at 11.45. The uniform was filthy, never washed…absolutely disgusting. Do not go to this place as I will never will be again

It's a shame to score this poor, but I was clearly fleeced from the moment I walked in, with the check-in desk telling me I had to pay an additional £8 per person for gloves and balaclavas (the balaclavas are free and the gloves you can borrow). Although apologetic, when I raised the issue, the team admitted that this was a 'sneaky' ploy - when I raised higher, head office's response was an underwhelming cop-out as well (we'll raise this with the relevant team for review). Despite this, the rest of the day was enjoyable and if they hadn't been so greedy (and apathetic in the formal response) would have got 4 stars - they would have lost a start due to no one being clear where to go, where to wait, and what was happening... at least up until the brief.
