Long awaited (2 months) Triology bundle delivered yesterday. What a huge disappointment. The quality of the replica kit is terrible. Especially the jersey where the size is completely off. Ordered size L which is more like an XL with gaps and wrinkles everywhere. The fit around the neck is a joke. I am an L in all other cycling kits. The Bibs are decent quality as a replica. The only positive was the Nimbl aero socks which I believe are the original Triology version. For me Team Visma Lease a bike is about professionalism and going the extra mile. That for sure doesn't apply to the design and production of the Triology replica kit. Will never buy again from them.

I tried to order a men’s Swarm TDF jersey but was told on the 9th July that my size was out of stock. I signed up to notifications for when they were back in stock and had an e-mail the very next day saying the stock was available.

I clicked on the link they provided and it brought up the Swarm jersey so I selected my size and placed my order. At the time I didn’t think anything more of it.

Three weeks later and the jersey still hasn’t arrived so I checked the order confirmation e-mail and noticed that it said ‘Cycling jersey men 2025 - Team Visma | Lease a Bike’. Still thought there was no problem and waited patiently for my jersey.

Yesterday my jersey arrived and it was nothing like the one I ordered. They have said despite clicking on the link that I was given that I ordered a different jersey which was a pre-order for the team jersey and not their TDF Swarm one. A pre-order that I would have to wait 21 days for. At the time I placed my order these jerseys weren’t available and nor were there any pictures of what it looked like, so why would I order blindly?

So a word of warning, don’t fall for their hustle!!

Ordered the giro victory t-shirt back in start June 2025. The package was send out for delivery once available here in start July. I was sadly on vacation and cound'nt pick it up so it was returned to sender by UPS on the 15th July. I have ever since tried to get in contact with Team Visma shop regarding the possibility to have the resend the package. Still without any luck 21 days later. Big time fan but loosing patience and a supporter by having the worst customer service ever!
