It’s not a serious company based on my the purchasing experience. Returns are always at the customer’s expense, even when they’re at fault. Money wasted.

last year I ordered tea 3 times, everything was fine, I specially ordered delivery from the Netherlands and not from China, this year I ordered it, but the delivery still took a very long time from China and I had to pay a duty, in the end the tea was one and a half times more expensive , the link to tea was saved in favorites, so I couldn’t confuse the domain, as they told me in support, moreover, when I didn’t want to return the money, they didn’t say that it was impossible and to find out, you need to read many pages of their rules before purchasing, in general -1 client

They have good quality longjing, you guys must try out, even the lower quality one is good. However one thing i dont like about them they edited my review. I gave a 5 star rating with a comment said I love the tea but i was skeptical if they mix longjing first flush and lower class long jing because i cant seewhere that one goes. They didn't pass my review to show on their homepage. That's not fair the other review was passed where i only complimented them.

I ordered the Yunnan Gold, Jasmine Dragon Pearls and Dragon well tea from Teasenz. com. The quality is so much better than what I get from my local store, while the price is similar or sometimes even lower. I am looking forward to your new Spring tea harvest before ordering again. The shipping speed was a little slow about 3 weeks, but still acceptable. I hope you will expand your collection in your EU store soon!

Pearl- Jasmine: amazing taste!

It is so difficult in Netherlands to find pearl-Jasmine tea, and even more a good one. Teazenz has filled all my expectations.! I bought already several time and i will keep on buying from them. Thanks!

This site in Swden is extremely expensive. Everyone else takes 30-40 kronor for 100g. This site takes around 130 kronor for 70g. Absolutely ridiculous

Got my order on 10th of february; they sent a first package – that got back to them in 10 days who knows why – then on 24th of february they sent again the package, that got stuck who knows where on 4th of march, and then nothing else.
I’ve sent them a few mails about it, one I got answered it was perfectly normal, the other one I’ve never received an answer.
Awful, stay away, I suppose it’s a scam.

I've been a returning customer for years now, and have always brought the same high quality white tea. I would not shop anywhere else.

Ordered two tea cups and a pack of silver needle.

Waited forever for the order to arrive, then noticed that they sent me a pack of nail clippers instead of what I ordered.
Customer service first denied it being their fault, then made me take picture after picture, in order for them to get a refund for the nail clippers from the post. They didn’t seem very concerned about sending my order again, claimed they sent it but it got lost, but never gave me a tracking number or anything, so that was probably a lie. And only sent it again after the third time of me asking for it. When it finally arrived, the tea cups weren’t as nice as they seemed on their website and the silver needle was drinkable at best. Would not recommend.

Both the speed at which my order was sent and the quality of the product were superb. I was very pleased with Teasenz’s service.

For quite a long time, Teasenz has been my go to provider for Chinese tea. The costs are sensible and the minimal effort transportation expense is too incredible.

I couldn't imagine how fast I could receive a parcel from China. Teasenz send me a shipping confirmation the next day, and a week later it was delivered. The prices are very reasonable for good tea, so there's really not much reason for me to visit my local tea stores anymore.

Jasmine Dragon Pearls teas was a complete eye-opener for me. So much more taste and aroma also has a good range of tea ware.
