overpromise and underdeliver. do not recommend working. ignored emails despite giving them a chance over another company. i'm going back to the other company who actually delivered good results (higher prices but deliver what they promise)

Signed up for their “Asia-Pacific SMB contacts” file. Got it in two days, clean and formatted, but half the emails bounced on first blast. Support answered quickly and resent an updated slice—that one was better. Good value for quick sourcing, yet still felt like beta data wearing a tuxedo.

Great Data, Fast delivery and good communication

Initially, I was super excited to work with the Techsalerator team - seeing their great reviews and the great responsiveness I was receiving. I purchased a dataset for "5000 B2C records UK" which filtered customers based on postcode and gender. When I started my campaign, I noticed that some customers weren't based in the postcodes that I sent over and went back to the dataset and spotted a slight/acceptable mistake which could be rectified. There was a slight misinterpretation of the postcodes that I sent over, leading to half of the dataset being incorrect. I wasn't upset and understood how this mistake could be made, so I asked for half of the erroneous cells to be replaced - there has been a lot of back and forth, and over 3 months later, I have not received the updated dataset or a refund!

This could have been such a great experience if it wasn't for the poor service - the Techsalerator team are clearly capable of delivering a good standard of work, but in this case, I have been seriously let down.

I was going to buy a list of emails for 10000 prospects. Something told me to start buying 1000 propects to see the quality of the email sold. Thanks God it was a very good ideas because when I bought the 1000-list and launch a quality control on the list. the email validation software has analyzed and found out that only 3% of the email addresses are deliverable. VERY BAD QUALITY email list.
I bought before contacting Techsalerator another list with Exact Data. Their list analysis outcome was 92% of deliverable emails addresses. So with the same criteria analysis 3% deliverable for Techsalerator against 92% for Exact Data.
I wrote the Techsalerator, they replied they cannot do anything for me. VERY BAD Customer Service. I would refund the customer if I was Customer Service Representative of Techsalerator.
Now you are informed. Never buy email list at Techsalerator.com
