Got a call and quickly downloaded the software for tech support to access my computer. Noel did a great job of getting to the point and addressing my issue. All is good and I know if I need something, I can open a ticket and get help.

My technician made it great. He fixed the multiple issues I had. Explained what he is doing, why it is being, and educated me on how o better you Iola System Mechanic. Plus he will be calling back to continue helping me with my other computers. That was very important to me and of great service.
