Wrong item delivered
I purchased a Nokia battery from mobile phone spares division of Techyuga called xParts.IN
xParts.IN indulges in wrong business practices and cheat their customers by supplying wrong spare parts. Their advertised phone number doesn’t work and they don’t answer their emails. I ordered a battery for Nokia 8.3 5g which is HQ480 but they supplied HQ430 battery. What was shown on their website and invoice was correct battery but product delivered was incorrect. I provided them with all the proofs of wrong item delivered but they stopped responding to my emails after initial response. Very bad customer service and unprofessional company indulging into unethical business practices. Don’t deal with them. I lost my money but you can avoid getting trapped.
