I had the misfortune of entrusting Teach Zones Company with my laptop for repairs, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they fail to fix my laptop, but they also managed to lose it, leaving me frustrated and extremely disappointed.

To begin with, the incompetence displayed by the staff at Teach Zones Company was astounding. When I initially brought in my laptop, I clearly explained the issues I was facing and expected them to handle the repairs professionally. However, they seemed disinterested and lacked the necessary technical expertise to diagnose and resolve the problems. It was evident that they were ill-equipped to handle even basic repairs.

As if their lack of competence wasn't bad enough, Teach Zones Company then managed to lose my laptop altogether. Despite their assurances of keeping it safe and secure, they failed to exercise even the most basic level of care. Their negligence and irresponsibility have resulted in the loss of my valuable device, and they have yet to provide any satisfactory explanation or compensation for their mistake.

Furthermore, the customer service at Teach Zones Company was nothing short of abysmal. When I contacted them to inquire about the status of my laptop, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses. They showed a complete lack of accountability and failed to take responsibility for their actions. It was clear that they had little regard for the inconvenience and frustration their negligence had caused me.

In addition to losing my laptop, Teach Zones Company also failed to provide any meaningful resolution or compensation for their mistake. Despite numerous attempts to seek compensation or a replacement, they have been unresponsive and indifferent to my concerns. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers' needs is truly appalling.

I strongly advise against trusting Teach Zones Company with any of your valuable devices or seeking their services. Their incompetence, negligence, and complete lack of accountability make them an unreliable and untrustworthy company. Save yourself the headache and choose a more competent and responsible service provider.

Fraudulent company
Beware this company is a scam. I contacted them for a black screen issue on my lap top. I shipped over my laptop. They came back after a couple of days saying it would cost £220 and and extra £50 to replace the battery. I paid and they shipped back the laptop. The batterty was changed but the issue with the black screen was not repaired. I asked for a refund but they refused. This is a pure scam beware and do not trust these people who steal money from customers.

I sent my laptop to Techzones to repair water damage, which resulted in a service that took over a month and cost me £500 after I was initially quoted much less. Communication was sometimes sparse, though I eventually got my laptop back. They did not return the laptop case I had sent the computer in, and I never received an invoice/receipt for the service as I was told I would. Also, when I got the laptop back I found that the camera no longer works, which was not an issue before sending it off. I raised this with the company and received no response to my concerns.

They collected and returned my laptop to my house, which was convenient. They assured me that if they couldn't fix the problem they wouldn't charge. They were able to give an estimate of the repair cost in advance. They kept me updated with the progress of the repair.

Great service and communication. Highly recommend.

I sent my IMac in for repair which they did (Ali) but returned it with a cracked screen they would not replace with a new screen and offered to settle after weeks of arguing they disappeared they obvs had no intention of replacing or settling (New screen £800) …. frankly very dissatisfying & disappointing recommend you take pics of the packaging and the courier company package management as I’m sure it was damaged in transit make sure you document and audit every detail looks like these guys don’t have insurance and neither do their cowboy couriers

Fantastic service, I have used them now a few times for both laptops and PCs, they are also very reasonably priced.

I sent my laptop off to Tech Zones as it was really, really slow, it was taking an age to fire up (5 - 10 minutes).
They had the laptop about two weeks, they fitted a new hard drive and sent the laptop back to me and it is now running brilliantly. It’s like having a new laptop. I would definitely recommend using this company to everyone.

Because I found this online, I was 50/50 on trusting but Ali really put my kind in Rest.
First Great service, they came picked up my laptop at my place and Dropped it off when they were done.

Cheat and rob customers
I paid them £240 to re-condition Toshiba and Dell laptop. Despite repeated reminders they failed to return power cable for Dell which I had just bought new from Amazon. They failed to return two original D.V.D.'s to re-install Toshiba. Now they shamelessly stopped responding to my messages and e-mails. I have never seen such mean people. NEVER GO TO THEM OR YOU WILL BE CHEATED Mr Hari Prinjha.

Poor service and bad attitude. Techzones tried to charge me £220 for replacing a cooling fan in my laptop. I refused to pay and consequently my laptop was returned broken and non functioning. Judging by the other reviews this is an all too familiar story. Avoid at all cost.

Sent my laptop to this company three weeks ago the courier company misslaid it for a week tech zone got it in the end put new hard drive into it plus windows 8 and charge me £100 but when it arrived back there was nothing on hard drive to load so sent it back to them they said they had sorted it out and all was fine I got it back after another week to find it was still the same as before I rang them up and they said they would ring me next day but Iam still waiting

They were recommended by BARK.COM but stay well clear, DO NOT USE!
Their service is far from 5***** as they claim!
My daughter sent her laptop/tablet in for a screen repair/touchscreen not working and was charged £275, it came back with new screen coming away at corners and would not shut properly, camera wouldn’t work, she folded it over to use in tablet mode and it would not flip back without breaking the glass and causing a lot more damage . Their warranty states that they will replace any faulty repairs,so we contacted them and they said to send it back. They now want to charge us £55 because they broke the hinges! They are also saying now that the screen is buckled and that it cannot be used in tablet mode! If they had told us this initially my daughter would have chose not to have the original repair carried out. We were conned and now they will not return the laptop without receiving payment for problems they have caused. Dispicable!

Beware-
Sent laptop for repairs and they tried to charge £180 for a simple replacement fan.
Advertisement stated that if you are unhappy with their quote they will send it back free of charge, they refused to do so until I paid. Once it was returned it was not only unfixed, it was actually more damaged then before.
