Extremely disappointing and the website misleads the consumers. I bought 4 shelves to be installed on a plaster wall. The website specifically mentions that for plaster walls, it is required to buy together with the shelves special plugs, which I did.
As a result, the shelves fell down before even putting any books on them, the wall is damaged and the customer service refuses any return.
Poor customer service, poor quality, and a frankly dishonest website. Stay away from this brand.

I bought a set of two vinyl record floating shelves - Vinyl Storage 45cm x 25cm - and woke up in the middle of the night to one crashing on the floor. Remarkably no records broke as they hit a suitcase I had not yet put away, but the record sleeves are damaged and the records are no longer in mint condition. There is also a dint out of the wooden floor and large holes in the wall. We had longer screws and better walk plugs and it was drilled into a solid brick wall. Basically they look cool but cannot take the weight of the shelf and records. You would need to use serious floating shelf fixtures to feel secure and the pre-drilled holes in the metal shelf are too small for that. I complained and was told I could get free shipping on my next purchase! Nothing about the poor design of the product

Their carrier DHL harassed me during a delivery and I immediately wrote them an email about this several weeks ago but they never responded. Appalling and unprofessional behavior. They got their money, I got my delivery, so they could not care less that their own carrier attacked me. I will never buy from them again.

Retoure wollten dir auch dass ich bezahle!
Letztendlich habe ich die Ware im neuen Karton zurückgeschickt weil der original Karton kaputt war. Die Rücksendung wurde vom Verkäufer verweigert. Jetzt habe ich weder Geld 32€ oder Ware. Nie wieder und würde niemandem diese Firma empfehlen. Nur ver@rsche statt Kundenzufriedenheit.

Ich hab leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Nachdem ich die Regale in ihrer Originalverpackung zurückgeschickt habe, wurden mir Fotos geschickt, dass die Regale zerkratzt angekommen wären und ich das Geld nicht zurück bekommen würde. Dafür dürfte ich erneut 15€ überweisen, falls ich die von mir bezahlten Module zurückhaben wolle. Auf meine Nachrichten, dass die Regale original verpackt waren und auch schon auf dem ersten Weg kaputtgegangen sein könnten, wurde nicht eingegangen. Ich finde diese Art von "Kundenservice" ziemlich bitter. Bessere und und günstigere Alternative findet man bei Regalraum. Halber Preis und besserer Service.

La livraison s’est très bien déroulée, même si le colis principal (il y en avait deux) pour cette étagère à CD pesait un peu lourd .
Sinon, je n’ai rien à redire sur la qualité de l’étagère, elle est bien au rendez-vous !

Considering the product was shipped from Europe, I assume France, The service was quite quick. I am very pleased with the product but it is very over priced for a bit of bent metal, but, hey, I didn’t have to buy it !!

Pleinement satisfait du produit reçu, (4 étagères de 60 cm X 25 cm), tant au niveau du design que de la robustesse.
Du fait de leur sobriété, les étagères s'intègrent parfaitement dans la chambre et le salon, pièces dans lesquelles nous les avons positionnées.
Nous les utilisons en guise de bibliothèque, mais elles pourraient également faire office de table de chevet, ce que nos envisageons pour le réaménagement d'une des chambres.
Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Les produits sont magnifiques et de qualité. Le service est impeccable. La réception est rapide et les produits sont très bien emballés.
Je ne peux que vous recommander encore une fois la marque teebooks. Je suis fan !

Produit livré rapidement et conforme au catalogue.
Dommage que les fixations fournies ne conviennent que pour les murs en dur alors qu'une grande majorité de logements sont en plaques de plâtre avec des fixations spécifiques... Vu le prix du produit, les deux types de fixations pourraient être fournis...

Be aware Teebooks does not honour their return Policy. I returned two floating shelves in the same packaging in which Teebooks sent them, but I was not refunded. Teebooks claimed that they arrived damaged because I did not pack them 'properly', despite having used the packaging in which they arrived. When I said Teebooks was accountable for this as the packaging was 'theirs', Teebooks claimed that 'their packaging is designed for a one-way trip' and returning a package in the exact way you receive it is not enough. I found this to be extremely disingenuous. The recommendation to have protection on their website suggests making sure to pack the parcel well. In sending the parcel in the same packaging I received from the company, anyone would assume is packing it well. It seems apparent that Teebooks is saving money on packaging and misleading customers with the return policy.

In addition, I had to bear the costs of the custom, which Teebooks makes sure not to mention on their website; as well as the postage for the return, which was much higher than expected (Royal Mail quote was over £ 60 pounds).

Do not use this company would be my recommendation.
