I do not recommend this service.

The product allows a normal end-user workflow that puts the account into an unrecoverable state, after which the UI exposes raw internal database errors (SQLAlchemy / foreign key violation). There is no user-level way to recover from this state without direct backend intervention by support.

This is not disclosed prior to purchase.

When I contacted support, instead of acknowledging the issue, I was told that this behavior is “built intentionally” and that I should have read documentation to avoid breaking the system. In other words: the product allows you to break it, and then blames you for doing so.

Support communication was dismissive and confrontational (comments like “we can see how many times you contacted support”), and my refund request was denied despite being within the refund period.

Key issues:
• Product enters a blocking state during normal usage
• Internal database errors shown to end users
• No self-service recovery, requires backend support
• Refund policy is used as a gatekeeping tool
• Support tone is unprofessional and defensive

This feels less like a finished SaaS product and more like a developer tool sold to non-technical users.

1 star. Avoid unless you are comfortable debugging their system and negotiating with support.

Scam, do not buy anything from this vendor. Only stealing your money.

I purchased the backtest software from them via their Coinbase commerce payment method on 24 Nov 2022.

After that, I contact their customer support but I didn't get access to their platform.
They ask me to send the payment proof I sent. Then they told me they forward it to the sale team they will give me access within 24 hours via email. But I didn’t get any update even after 48 hours. So I contacted them again and they said we need 2 days more. I agreed and waited. Then 4 days later, on 28 Nov 2022 I contact them they said they need 4 hours. I gain agreed. After 8 hours I contacted them again they said please give us 5 hours. Then I told If you aren't able to give me access give me my money back. It’s 29 Nov 2022 still they didn’t give me my access or my money.

I have all the chat proof and the payment proof also.

I was a user of BOTTY THE BOT... TelegramFxCopier claimed to be the best... But not everything!
After 4 days of inconclusive testing, I request cancellation and refund...
But no, it must be my fault! or that of the broker! or that of the VPS...

Yet my botty the bot runs on the same VPS, the same broker and everything is fine !!!

Bad commercial service... Product not developed

I got a lifetime license for one of their products.

Besides the general issues that never got fixed, after some time, I was not able to add or change metatrader accounts.

After over a month with messages back and forward in a ticket I got the answer that they no longer comercialize the version I got.

I asked about people that got the product WHILE they comercialized and they say.
"You can buy again as anyone else. It is black friday so you will pay less"

So, basically If they stop comercializing a lifetime product, you cant use it anymore. Is not your lifetime. It is their product lifetime with could end anytime if they feel like.

Très mauvais produit, impossible de le faire fonctionner après 5 ou 6 interventions du support technique, présent mais inefficace.
Finalement perdu de l'argent et souscription d'un autre produit qui lui fonctionne.

The reason why no one works for the company in Linkedin is because is very unstable and no ones wants to be related with the product

The company is located in Marrakech, if you want to file a complain or get your money back you need to speak arab and have someone very close in Morooko

They have refound policies just to fill somed spaces in the web page... you can prove them 1000 times the app do not works and they wont send the money...

Completly SCAM!!!!!!

They have the worst customer support I've ever seen in my entire life. First of all, they're extremely rude, they're very slow and in the live chat support you have to wait at least 10 minutes for every message they send. Do not waste your money on this.

Team very helpful and repond to all my request. The analytics part is very amazing with all king of informations I need.

Best software I bought this year. Thank you very much.

worst customer service in history product doesnt work its garbage

for me it doesnt works also.
It opens completly wrong orders with complete wrong lotsize.... and the support needs also many days to help with that problems...

I have been using their service for 1 month now. At first, it worked perfectly. But when they updated from 5.x to 6.x there were major bugs such as: not recognizing signals and not moving SL. I contacted the support every day and all they did was uninstall and reinstall the software and then tell me "now it's going to work." But it never did.

Fast and effective. Best telegram trade copier.

System does not work as advertised. The staff were helping in set it up for me but in last 10 days lost a considerable amount of money despite software supposed to stop it. Now disabled it. Steer clear.
