Love going to Tenpin as it is cheaper than Hollywood Bowl and the standards are still great and good deals to get a burger with a game! Kids enjoyed it!

Well I never thought id go to a place that still had strings attached to the pins and ball had more crevices than the moon . They do keep it nice and clean tho

Bowling is fine but bar staff are rude.
Bowling was fine but the bar staff were simply rude when I went up the first time. So I decided the second time to order online via the QR code on the lane. The bar staff then brought us only half of the order. I assumed she was going back to get the other half so I waited a couple of minutes and then had to go to the bar to ask where the rest of it was. Again the woman was rude and stated “I should’ve told them when she brought the first half”. HOW can I when she walked straight off?! Not my fault you can’t do your job properly.

Great deal at £40 shame about cleanliness
Bowling was a great deal £40 for up to six people including a pizza .
Check-in was fine however the area we were given was full of empty glasses and rubbish left by the previous users of the lane .
No attempt by staff to clear and clean wipe down the table etc . Ended up moving the and cleaning up myself 😡

Poor organisation
Booked 2 games for 4 people however had people waiting for our lane after an hour . When we got there it also took 20 minutes past our booked time to get on . Drinks don’t arrive for 40 mins just as we were leaving. Didn’t expect much for food but it was stone cold / half frozen . Not enough balls distributed so made it hard for kids to play.

Good fun, great laughs
After the initial issues with the karaoke machine freezing and having to move booths ( staff great and apologies given sorted us out swiftly and re start of time lost out)
There was a good list of songs, warm room with use of wall heater. Like how we could order drinks to booth (little slow but was extremely busy)
Nice clean room good all round fun.

Couldn't get the bowling balls we…
Couldn't get the bowling balls we wanted as other people were using them and no one would give us any. Spoilt the game as scores were down due to being uncomfortable with the equipment.

Barriers were inconsistent
Barriers were inconsistent. I had them down my son had them up. Half the time one side was up and the other down for my turn. We was on lane 10 so maybe needs looking into.

Had a fantastic time Family
Had a fantastic time my wife , we are pensioners, my daughters and two small grandchildren. It was the first time for my grandchildren and the eldest has been talking about the visit ever since. We are now planning another game or two

Bowling review
Our iPad selfie camera on the bowling alley wasn’t working. So we couldn’t take photos for our background or profile pictures. Also on 2 occasions food and drink orders were incorrect - nachos no jalapeños came with and a Pepsi max arrived instead of a lemonade.

Birthday party
We booked a karaoke birthday party, unfortunately it was very unorganised, the birthday child wasn't acknowledged at all, the cake wasn't brought in, batteries in the microphones needed changing several times before they would work at the start of the party so they lost some of the singing time and the birthday child didn't get their player 1 birthday gifts which was really disappointing.
It was a weekend and very busy which we understand, but we believed as a party we would have a someone to contact during the party to make sure everything was going well and help out when needed but this unfortunately wasn't the case. We have emailed twice but didn't receive a response.

The place was a mess and filthy
The place was a mess and filthy. Drinks, food and ketchup everywhere. It was like sitting in a bin. Absolutely furious spending £70 on 2 games of bowling and to be playing in such a grim dirty area.

Low staff
Hey guys.
Been a coupke times recently and while the staff been fairly nice and the set up is great, the place is so so understaffed!!
I did get apologies from a lovely manager who jumped in to serve people which was super to see but was far too busy for the little staff to deal with and some people were getting cross which i hate to see.
Food did take a whike to come but i assume this was due to the above issue and we had two lanes together as a party but food was brought at miles apart time wise even though we were there at same time.
Sorry guys but hopefully this will push the powers above to sort you some more staff! But as i said the manager lady could not aplogise more she was lovely so hats off to her and for jumping in with the team.
