Ordered food (attempted)
Ordered food, didn't arrive after 40 minutes, approached bar to enquire. No staff present. Waited a further five minutes for staff who then had to radio for a manager to come who after 10 minutes never appeared. Ended up having to leave due to other engagements. But yeah, zero food, zero staff, zero refund.

Unhelpful staff
The visit itself was okay, but straight after booking the karaoke room for 1.5 hours, I noticed they introduced a summer discount. I phoned Tenpin immediately to ask if the promotional rate could be applied to my booking. I was told that someone would contact me regarding a refund, but nobody bothered to get back to me. This is unacceptable, especially since I spent well over £100 there in a single day. I am highly disappointed with the staff's incompetence and total reluctance to help.

Very helpful and sorted my booking
Due to several road works, we were not going to make our booking. After a phone call, the booking line were able to change my time to slightly later (without any further costs)
Staff were very welcoming. The location was clean and bright. Lane was ready on arrival and our food came halfway through the session. Will definitely be back!

Ordered food that took 40 minutes to arrive, asked about my order twice and by the time I got it we were finished bowling and about to leave.

1st Renton Scout Group
Took Cubs from two different Scout Groups on a Thursday evening along with their parents (numbering just under 30 people). The staff could not have been more accommodating, ensuring that food and drinks got out as quickly as possible, that water was kept refilled as the venue was hot, and that we were all ok and that our needs were met.
The booking was easy, and the 2 games plus meal for £10 per head was amazing value. Will definitely be back again.

5 Stars from the P7 pupils who loved all the activities from bowling, pool, arcades and singing extra loud in the karaoke. They loved how clean and well kept everything was and are returning soon for another karaoke session!

Kids Birthday Party
Erin was absolutely fantastic, and the day went really smoothly because of her. She was calm and constantly available, in a really busy, hectic environment. Everything ran to schedule, the food arrived (hot) when she said it would, and she was so helpful arranging the cake, sorting party bags and dealing with endless children all wanting her attention. The birthday party was such good value, and Erin made the experience special for the children.

Helpful staff
Helpful staff , fun times with family. Only issue was ladies toilets were locked but no sign on door. Had to wait in que at desk to enquire only to be given a key for disabled toilet.
