Really good deal
We purchased the karaoke deal and honestly it was so much fun. 30 mins of hooting and hollering! Set up was easy and we knew where staff were if needed.

The venu was too hot
The venu was too hot. The AC vent above our lane didnt even work. I notised on at the end worked. Was AC turne doff or was it faulty? But all of was was experiancing bad blowing due to high temperature. At the ally. The arcade area was not too. Need to focus on regulating temperature for bowlibg lanes.

This place lacks management
This place lacks management. It was full of litter. The staff were busy as this is a busy venue especially with families. The staff were pleasant and polite but rushed off their feet.
They didn't have time to clear tables or clean them. Which if they had proper management this would have been addresses.
My chips were old and cold and no one asked if the food was ok. The food took a long time to come over, again management and staff allocation would have been why.
The bowling itself was fine but I felt let down by cold food and dirty dining areas including the bowling area.

Great bowling experince
It wasn't busy so the bowling was great, had a good time and did some of the arcade games after. However, once collecting tickets and exchanging them we went to get a prize. We chose a game that was labelled as 85 tickets, the man went to the back and while he was away someone came and changed the cost from 85 to 1200 tickets. The man serving us never came back to us and started serving other people, we left with nothing and without our tickets but we found it too funny to be annoyed. Experience was great though.

It’s dirty and don’t buy mocktails cuz it’s basic and mostly ice .
The trash is everywhere. The mocktails were just ice. Bowling was fun though.

Great place to go to get out the house
Great place to go to get out the house, great for me and my partner or big family. The have loads of good deals for most days and you can have something to eat and drink too. Highly recommend!

Perfect experience 👍
Everything was perfect no issues, we played two bowling games both were smooth and no issues would recommend for families or friends. Price was good but mostly with deals.
