Had a lovely time at Doncaster Tenpin. Booking was easy online and took advantage of the £10 for 2 games offer per person. Plenty of free parking outside the venue. Staff friendly, easy check-in.

Bowling was great
Bowling was great, the burger meal was a long time coming after we ordered and when it arrived it was stone cold the chips were cold too so wouldn’t recommend the meal.

Inappropriate teenage behaviour
Sadly the female toilets had been blocked by teenagers with paper and used sanitary products. This caused water to flood the carpet, and disabled toilet. Men had to take their daughters into the mens toilets.
A couple were also having sex in the female toilets.
Some traveler teenagers were tormenting and agrivating staff
Staff tried their best with all 3 issues but had no training on how to deal with anyone of them. More support is essential . Staff were amazing, friendly, hard working.

Unclean.
When we arrived our lane wasn’t ready which was completely fine. We got a drink and a seat unknowingly the seats were full of chewing gum which me and both children got all over our trousers. Staff was rushed off their feet tried to report it but nobody seemed interested. Then the lane we was given was full of empty glasses & food plates, crisps all over more chewing gum.

Good place to go to hang out with friends or family but prices are quite high! Furthermore, when I visited last time, their machines were broken (basketball etc) and it took my money, had to wait 20 minutes for a refund…

Selection of balls is not good
Selection of balls is not good. I'd prefer a ball with larger finger holes but lighter. The lighter balls seem only to have small finger holes. Also most of the balls are chipped.

Generally a good experience
Generally a good experience, but did have to spend time looking for the right size bowling balls, due to the limited number available. I would bring my grandchildren along more often for a bowling experience, if it was more reasonably priced.

Always love to bring the kids
Always love to bring the kids, however the food isnt very good but it is expensive. Good vibes, excellent entertainment, terrible food.
I have brought the food issue up to staff multiple times, the staff are always friendly and helpful, I feel the issue is further up the chain and not a reflection on the staff themselves, I felt I should add this and that is why I will always bring my children to tenpin.
We have been offered replacement food but its not the way the food is cooked, its cheap food at not cheap prices, and I hope it can be rectified.
But the place is always clean, fun and friendly the staff are super helpful and kind.

Bowling good staff responses could be improved.
Bowling good, was busy due to offer although only one bar staff member so I gave up as not even sure which end was the start of the queue. On returning later when quieter got the wrong drinks. Bar person who also was at the desk on entrance asked if I’d made the ten pound note as it was a new note. On arrival to check in she was crouched on the floor. I would not return, too chaotic.
