Tuesday deal was great. One game for 6 of us with burgers and chips was great price. Didn’t realise the junior burger included chips so I ordered more online and we all had plenty to eat!

I visited as a family
I visited as a family, the staff were polite, friendly and helpful.
It was good value for money and well organised.
The areas were clean.
We ordered food as part of our deal, this came quickly and the food was of good quality as were the drinks we ordered.
Overall a great experience, we will be making a return visit.

It was quite noisy which is acceptable I suppose but could improve. The food needs addressing as not that good for the cost, we waited over an hour after placing our order.

The accessibility getting into the…
The accessibility getting into the Tenpin is frankly shocking. I live in Hampden Park and visited Tenpin in my wheelchair. We travelled on foot, and myself in my chair as we are very local. Does every company assume visitors arrive by car if they use a wheelchair? There are no dropped kerbs leading up to the Tenpin, and one pavement where I think there may have been one was completely overgrown. In order to access the Tenpin I had to go on the road! Obviously this isn't a safe option and is completely unacceptable. What makes it more frustrating is I phoned to check about accessibility first.
The actual Tenpin was great, the staff helpful and the Karaoke was fun. But as a big company with lots of sites this needs to be looked at as a matter of urgency. The two stars reflect this.

Good Bowling, bad pizza!
Good deal for 1 hour bowling for 6 people for £40. But the pizza included was awful. Cheap and tasteless.

Birthday Party!
Had a booking for 6, but once we realised the original time wasn't going to work, the team were super accommodating and helped us reschedule hassle-free. The customer service was brilliant throughout, and a special shout-out to Aaron, who looked after our group and really elevated the vibe of the day. If I had to nitpick, the food could've come out a little quicker, but overall we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back!

Looks great now. Much better seating.
Staff were not amazingly helpful. Stood chatting while we waited to be served.
Unfortunately our lane did not have any medium balls,all large,small or extra small so found it difficult to play well. We even checked on other lanes, that were not in use but no more reasonable weight balls. Apart from that we had a good time for my birthday.

Dried Food, Good Service
Unfortunately since the last experience, things have further declined, the staff for the most part were friendly and great, however the food arrived with the burger buns almost stale, dried up as a whole. Again nothing wrong with the staff, still not the biggest fan of the layout change compared to what it was last year, overall it's an okay option to take your kids out once in a while but not really a place for consistent outings, best to break it up with other places.
