Granddaughters day out
Ease of parking at venue. Staff helpful. Couldn't get small drinks and I think £12.50 for 4 soft drinks is quite pricey.

The AR darts wasn’t working properly
The AR darts was the only thing we used and numbers 9 and 18 weren’t registering. We arrived early they told us the people on started late so we had to wait to get on. That was ok except we didn’t get extra time after. Asked for extra time they did come over but the game was lost by that point and we had to start over.

Pizza and bowl deal
Fantastic time at bowling on the pizza and bowl deal. One hour of bowling plus pizza, excellent value and a great time. Really good setup in terms of other facilities also.

Interactive Darts & Pool
We went and tried interactive darts with our children, we had previously tried the darts in a different place and the tenpin darts were 100% better here. We will definitely be back. We also done an hour of pool, which was good but my younger child struggles with the adult size cue, would be good to have child cues available.

This experience was really bad
This experience was really bad. We arrived early as it was a Saturday and knew it was busy so checked in and went to the arcades. We went back to main desk when it was our time to bowl and was told to go to our lane. The teenage children who were there were 25mins late finishing which then gave us barely anytime for our own game. We had ordered food and it never arrived as we were on and off our lane, 35mins into our game and because of the delay at the start the next family arrived and told us they were due on the lane. Even though we only had 35mins and zero food. We had another activity booked, so went to main desk after our game and asked them to cancel our food as it was too late and was told no, and they couldn’t give us a discount. I think this is disgraceful customer service. I am aware on busy times things maybe don’t run to time like lanes etc but I think only getting 35mins to play, and zero food and told to wait even though our game was rushed and done, was not a good experience.

Bowling was busy with parties.
Our group of 5 arrived on time to be told that due to lanes over running on time we could not have a full length lane which was disappointing for all.
We used the short lane given to us in the secluded area but it was cramped and not very enjoyable.
I did ask if a partial refund was possible but was told no.

Long waits, could be cleaner
The wait in the queue was quite long. There seemed to be multiple staff members around but only 1 checking people in. On top on checking people in, the staff members seemed to be dealing with other issues with other employees. There wasn’t any sort of greeting or welcome.
Our lane wasn’t fully functional, where the picture taking aspect wasn’t working. Not major but part of the experience missing.
The full place was pretty dirty in general, litter over the floors, dirty glasses everywhere. It was the first thing I noticed as I walked in. The toilets were also very dirty.
Compared to other facilities nearby the price was okay.

Food was a disgrace do not order.
Booked bowling for my son's birthday and food was included for £96 for 2 adults and 3 children. Food came and kids got chicken nuggets and they nearly choked it was so dry. No other sauces available other than tomato sauce. Adults got chicken burgers, dry roll not option for mayonnaise was told don't have any no salad. To be honest really disappointing.

Really great visit easy to book and…
Really great visit easy to book and lane available when we arrived. Handy being able to order at the lane and food and drinks brought over. Only small point as a group of 6 the booth wasn’t big enough for everyone to sit. Even let the birthday boy win the second game to keep him happy!

More time needed
The bowling was good, we only booked for one game so were only there for 20 minutes but literally the second we finished, another group were ready to play in our lane. Which is fine, we were done but we had to rush to get our stuff together. I think 30 minutes should be given to let people take their time enjoy the game and get their belongings together .
