Nice place to visit with kids. Bowling was good, reasonable price for Manchester City Centre. Other games were good mainly cashless, normally £1 per game.

The experience was horrible and the customer service by the person at the desk was absolutely abysmal. Not sure if this man was the manager or just an employee but his attitude was disrespectful and disgusting.

Good experience
The DJ's music selection was great. The actual games went fine but the price changed a couple of times during the booking process which was not ideal. I was booking for a group and when they sent the price I mentioned, we later found that it had changed when i went to add them in. This is not ideal, as it looked like I was changing prices willy nilly.

GOOD VIBES, GREAT ATMOSPHERE
First time I went there and I can't fault anyone or anything. The staff were really friendly and a good laugh. The activities available are brilliant. And the dj on Friday night turned it into a club it was brilliant!

My Personal Experience
When I made a mistake with booking, it was simple and easy to change over the phone. The member of staff on call was very friendly and I had no trouble checking in to my booking when I arrived. It’s a great place to have fun with friends and they offer great drinks and food that you can order straight from the table.

Great experience
Staff were great, bowling alley and dart area clean and tidy.
Bowling lanes were small with minimal seating. As this is meant to be for 6 I was surprised that there was only enough seating for 3 people on our side of the lane.
