Had a great time with my son
Had a great time with my son, lots of activities to choose from.
Only thing was a man was painting and my son put his hand on where had been painted but we didn’t know it was wet because no signs were up.

Couldn’t book the summer offer on the website so had to phone.
Arrived at notts bowling for laser tag, no instructions given! Kids hadn’t a clue how to re charge guns! Waited 1 hour and 30 mins for food and still nothing arrived. Asked for a refund and all they could give was a bowling voucher! Can’t use at weekends or holidays! Emailed to complain and didn’t even get a reply!!!! Avoid

Disappointing morals!!!
We visit this bowling alley every week with our clients who have learning disabilities and have always had a relatively positive experience until today.
Our clients normally pay concession price - £7.50 for two games, but today the manager refused to honour this and insisted on charging £10.50 PER GAME
because of the school holidays. What made this even more frustrating is that today is the last day of the holidays and we’ve visited throughout the entire holiday period and haven’t been charged differently before!
When we politely questioned the change, the manager responded, “I can change the price as I please, it’s manager’s discretion,” and went on to say he didn’t need to honour the usual price because they were already busy.
He then said ‘come back next week, it’ll be normal’ which we obviously will not be doing!
The biggest disappointment was the lack of compassion and professionalism. Our clients were already stood there excited, money out and ready to bowl, only to be turned away because of how the situation was handled. Places like this should lead with consistency, communication, and treating customers with respect.
We will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Not been for a while and noticed the layout had improved so signing in on arrival felt better as more spacious and bar area was vastly improved. Darts looks a good edition but expensive and perhaps telling we didnt see anyone using it.
Bowling experience was good , equipment good and signage improved since last visit which looks good.
Lost a point for cost as given how quickly it was over it didnt feel the best value for 3 people.
Would go back and fully recommend

Great fun
Easy to book online. Arrived, checked in and had 2 games. Changed settings mid game to get side bumpers up to make it easier for grandchildren. Good time had by everyone.

On arrival staff was friendly and explained well about food we had ordered and where to go. We played our game and our food had not arrived as told on our arrival we found a table and gave them our table number. After 30 minutes waiting After our game food arrived and it was cold. So disappointing service for food

The place was very noisy particularly the slot machine area. Very poor signs on the machines so our grandchildren and ourselves could ot find out the cost in tokens of particular machines.

The experience overall was great however we paid to play for an hour and lost time as we kept having to stop as the ball return system wasn’t working properly
