The manageress I think her name was Jess polish nationality I think was extreemly rude and patronising to my partner. Was told my baby has to wear shoes around the arcades??? The way she speaks to people is patronising and rude and I have written a formal complaint to head office, it’s also expensive 40 pounds for me and my son to play for 2 games and a frozen pizza? I won’t be returning due to the rudeness of people in charge. I think it was Anna was her name but I’m unsure

Absolutely chucking and awful venue
Member of staff called me stupid, the staff where so disrespectful towards us, tried to complain to people higher up but what a surprise no return call was ever made, no longer surprised why people go to discobowl in town half the price of tenpin and staff are so much more polite and there’s more stuff to do before and after bowling

It was a Monday day time so pretty quiet, lane was ready on arrival, had pizza hotdog and chips which was good and hot, did arcade after bowling which was fun. Good trip out.

Great time out
We had a great time. Perfect place for a red hot day. Lovely and cool 😎. Half price Tuesday makes it an affordable place to go.

A good and reasonably priced place to have some fun
The place was mostly empty so the service was very quick. We had two games with burgers and fries. The food was warm and tasty. We have done this before and will do it again. Afterwards, we had fun playing some of the machines as well. A good day was had by all.

Drinks and food were very affordable…
Drinks and food were very affordable and so was the arcades which was great. However yesterday was around 30 degrees and there was no air conditioning which made it hard to enjoy the bowling especially with 2 young children who were becoming very agitated with the heat.

Fun for everyone
We booked the 1hr of bowling and a pizza for £40 which was just enough time for a family of 4 to have two games. We stayed after for more food and a drink (all reasonably priced) and the kids were able to go into the karaoke room for an hour at a reasonable price. We’ve been here for the escape room and laser tag before including for parties and have always had a good time. The kids love that there is the arcade too which we have always included in their parties. I’d say it’s a really good place to have a day out with the kids when the weather isn’t so great outside.

Overall a great experience
Overall a great experience, we booked for a party.
Communications could have been a little better - we were told what lane we were to play on and confirmed our food order but after then it felt communications lack a little customer service.
It would have been good to be told when the food was coming, when the best time would be to do the cake.
also felt that as there were multiple parties the host stayed at lane one and didn’t engage with the parties further down.
Kids however had a great time.
