Staff were really friendly and communication was good, easy to book online. Shoes readily available if needed. Food was a bit slow on arrival, but on the whole a good experience.

Really attentive and friendly staff
Really attentive and friendly staff. Kids loved changing their pictures and names on the lane 😂 Area clean and nice atmosphere. Staff were quick to respond to a problem on the lane when a ball got stuck and great to be able to order food and drinks to the lane! Our daughter's friend hurt her finger and staff were really helpful. Would def return. Great experience!

We had a good time
We had a good time . Apart from the horrendous disgusting smell from the ladies toilet. I tried twice to go in but couldn't because of the smell . So I had to wait till i left .

The venue
The venue, staff are excellent. The pizza was not good quality, they've changed the bases to cheaper premade and for £11 each not great, think cheapest supermarket option you can buy. The bowling balls need to be replaced they're all pretty damaged now.

Staff was very helpful, enjoyed our games thanks . Only one thing was quite upsetting,we asked for an announcement over the radio to wish my daughter a happy birthday but couldn't hear it properly because the music was more louder

The manageress I think her name was Jess polish nationality I think was extreemly rude and patronising to my partner. Was told my baby has to wear shoes around the arcades??? The way she speaks to people is patronising and rude and I have written a formal complaint to head office, it’s also expensive 40 pounds for me and my son to play for 2 games and a frozen pizza? I won’t be returning due to the rudeness of people in charge. I think it was Anna was her name but I’m unsure

Absolutely chucking and awful venue
Member of staff called me stupid, the staff where so disrespectful towards us, tried to complain to people higher up but what a surprise no return call was ever made, no longer surprised why people go to discobowl in town half the price of tenpin and staff are so much more polite and there’s more stuff to do before and after bowling

It was a Monday day time so pretty quiet, lane was ready on arrival, had pizza hotdog and chips which was good and hot, did arcade after bowling which was fun. Good trip out.
