Excellent Venue
The first thing that you should notice,is how clean and tidy the venue is. The reception staff were welcoming and clearly everything that we needed to know. My grand daughter and I had 2 games of pool and 3 games of pre booked tenpin bowling. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return, in the future. The only negative was that it seemed to be over far too quickly. Time usually flies when you’re having fun !

Great experience
Great experience, 2 games of bowling, food and also went in the arcade.
Birthday treat for my 9 year old daughter who loved it. Definitely worth a visit again.

Bowling & pool was good
Bowling & pool was good, as were the drinks, although one order never arrived as the QR code was linked to another site. They did refund this though & the money came back to me in just a few days.

We had a great time bowling. We did find it very cold though. We spilt a drink, called for help on the screen but no one came. One of our party went to find help. They did come quickly after that.

Great for families
Visited with 2 kids (8 & 3), both had an amazing time bowling. Staff attentive and cleaning up promptly after previous users of the lane. Food was fresh and reasonable. Great value for money.

Cane with our grandchildren for a game of bowling and some lunch for them. Absolutely amazing service, speedy queue to check in for our lane. Food bought to our lane swiftly. Great and amazing fun. Staff really friendly, well mannered and welcoming. The security guy, greeted us as we entered and then said goodbye as we left. Great place. Use it or lose it and we need things like this in our town. Well done and thank you to all staff

9 of us booked 2 games of bowling with…
9 of us booked 2 games of bowling with a burger and fries. Only 7 of us turned up and did ask for maybe a drinks voucher as a goodwill gesture, but was declined which I suppose is understandable. The food wasn;t very nice, one chicken sent back as too hard to eat (overcooked). Probably wouldn't return to play bowling, may consider Darts if it was in a separate part of the building as found it too noisy in main area

Great experience at Redditch aged 4-54 we had a great time bowling & at the arcade machines, clean, well organised & friendly staff. We visited on a Saturday afternoon.

Bowling and arcades great as always. Sadly this visit let down by food. Very long wait for pizza which arrived under cooked with luke warm fries. Pizza not even cut so extremely messy children tearing them apart to try and eat it, asked if could it could be cut was produced a wooden cutlery set, which quite frankly was as much use as a chocolate teapot.
