AMAZING service from all 3 people working at the store that gave me their help at individual times! Firstly, I had my phone’s back screen repaired and because at a previous repair store they had done some damage they did the best they good to fix that and gave me a complementary back glass which would help keep everything and place and fixed everything at a much cheaper price than at a previous store. After two weeks I spilled tea on my Mac and was freaking out that the repair would be very costly or my Mac wouldn’t work but they cleaned my Mac perfectly inside using an appropriate machine and because it didn’t have any damage I wasn’t additionally charged. HIGHLY recommended!

I've had my computer fixed by Terabyte Electronics (Computer Repair, Laptop Repair, and Data Recovery) twice. Both times, the service was exceptional, with succinct and straightforward explanations of the issues and the cost of the necessary repairs. The turnaround time for repairs was short, and my own search for service providers revealed that the rates were reasonable. They have my highest recommendation, and I won't think twice about using them again!

10/10 Seriously impressed and could not be happier with the service and advice. The technician done a fantastic job of sorting out a software crash on our laptop and thoroughly gave the system a bill of health. Top top team.Would I recommend? Absolutely. I went to this store to inquiry about…
I went to this store to inquiry about estimate price for a tablet. Even though he had mentioned that we have to see it before telling you a price. He started to yell at me only because I asked several times as I felt he didn't understood what I wanted to say. I wanted to say to him that maybe if I tell him the name of the tablet and the damaged he could tell me an estimate. Instead, he shouted at me and made me feel unease. At the end I had to leave and very upset and crying.
I will never go to this store again and I'd advise no-one to go here.

Thanks for rating us 1 star rating, We discussed this with the store manager and investigate carefully and the outcome of this is you asked for ipad tablet screen replacement changes and you were very adamant that we offer you £30 previously for glass change and one of the team members said very clearly we don't give this price as we got set prices depending on model of ipads but at least 8/9 times you failed to understand, then you asked for Samsung S21fe Lcd replacement and you were quoted instantly which was cheaper then Samsung £40/- with labour, As you had phone with you and also you know product info, unfortunately, you didn't have ipad model number and just after estimate prices which we dont provide as we want to be accurate with prices and we know how are competitors are.The person you were talking to he is very well trainned to look after customers well also wedo agree he have high pace tone but he was NOT RUDE TO YOU.He also mentioned his tone is high. Once again we are sorry if you felt that you were not treated well but we do our best to make every customer go happy.

Replaced phone. Quick turnaround and professional, they sorted out an initial problem efficiently, providing a detailed explanation of the Data transfers needed and made. Also very good value compared to Apple or some of the other high street chains. Highly Recommended

Very expensive, rip off
If you think paying £400 to get your laptop (which is only one year and half old) fixed, then they are good. Sounds like a rip off to me. Also to loose half the storage that I used to have.
