Avoid them, scammers.

Order some items on August. One month has passed so far and no sign of my items. They blame An Post for messing up with the package, but An Post has never received that.

Avoid them as much as you can, otherwise you will never receive it.

Ordered over a week ago. Supposedly fast delivery and overnight etc. nothing. No response to emails. No response to contact form nothing. No comms. Absolute scam.

Very bad online shop dont buy from them they are selling second hand items i have received bracket that has been sent to denmark last year with other customer invoice !!! i want to return it and they have stopped replying, second item i dont like it and want return but it was rejected by their customer service no replies ill be reporting matter to consumer rights and ill be logging claim so please avoid this guys if you want to get new unused items and not having to deal with pathetic people who wants to scam you

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Ordered an item and tried to cancel it a couple of days later but to no avail. Eventually got the items delivered and now they are telling me it’s not eligible for refund. I’ve spend all day emailing customer service and they are plain rude.

Bought a set of Tesla Model Y 19" wheel covers for a good price and had delivery within 3 days. This is my second purchase from this company and I have found them to have a good selection , good prices and good service.

Don’t trust this seller as they are giving misleading information on their web page and don’t care about your appeal. It is always your fault if you don’t get what you assumed you ordered

Placed an order on the 16th December and I am still awaiting delivery.
I messaged Teslary before Christmas and they were going to sort out apparently.
No response since then and I have sent numerous messages since with the latest being the 5th January and no response received.
Poor customer service and stay well away!!

This company presents itself as a premium supplier of Tesla accessories, but the products I received were cheap, low-quality imports from China with all-Chinese packaging and no instructions. When I requested a refund under the EU’s 14-day cooling-off period, they unlawfully refused. I returned the items to the address listed on their own website, only for the parcel to be returned with a notice stating that the business does not exist at that location. This operation is misleading at best, and at worst appears deliberately deceptive.
