Not trustworthy or respectful to critics. Their "guidelines" do not allow posting of negative reviews, especially on shady companies that paid them. Better stay away from them.

I bought a defective product from…
I bought a defective product from TechforLess, an online retailer. Terrible customer service from that retailer. I then got sent a review request from Techforless via their review people, TestFreaks. Guess what? They told me I couldn't write a negative review. Wow. Now I know I can't trust them for anything that they have to say about anything. Don't trust Testfreaks and don't shop at Techforless.

TestFreaks works with hundreds of brands and retailers globally to collect and moderate product reviews. In this instance the customer received a faulty or broken product which could not be used. In order for a review to be valid and useful, a product needs to be used and evaluated. The reviewer was asked to contact the retailer in order to resolve the issue, and then invited to review the product once they had a working one.
Never has TestFreaks refused a review due to it being negative, only if it doesn't meet the guidelines of being a product review.
TestFreaks also collects service ratings and reviews for some retailers and all feedback is accepted and passed to those stores for action. The customer chose to try and add comments about the retailer as part of a product review which isn't accepted nor useful when a potential buyers wants to read about the pros and cons of a product.
Easy to work with - Easy to Implement
Working with TestFreaks was easy. They told me what they needed and told me how to fix what I had. To implement was even easier. Had everything done in a week and implementation on our end was minutes to do. Awesome company and very responsive to questions. Sean himself, was absolutely great and always friendly.

Have to say that from start to finish, Sean and his team couldn't have done enough to help. Implementation was absolutely painless, support is first class and we're already getting positive feedback from our customers. Hugely happy to recommend to anyone.
