This company has been a nightmare to deal with. Initially they were good and I felt like I got my money's worth. Then something went haywire and the services plummeted. I haven't received what I paid for and I can't get them to respond to me. I have been trying for a while now. I highly discourage using them for anything.

My website looks amazing! The content is exactly what I wanted to convey. I couldn't be more pleased.

I switched my Website maintenance services over to Texas brains a few months ago. I was frustrated with the lack of communication from my previous website partner who would ignore my messages for a week at a time and I'd have to ask for things many times before getting done. I can say that the communication has been EXCELLENT and a breath of fresh air with my representative, Kylie M! She's an absolute sweetheart, extremely easy to talk to and diligent in making sure that my messages get to the proper team for the changes that need to be made in a timely fashion.

The only thing I would change would be to have the folks on the design end and technical side of things to grammar check when they make updates. That is been the only thing that I've had to have them revise when they have done changes to my site. And that's a pretty small element in the process, at least for what I need done.

I'll also say that the gentleman who helped me set up my account was a really great communicator as well! I really feel like communication is the foundation of a good relationship with a business, the other things can be squared away if good communication is there. That is truly One of my biggest appreciations for this company.

I was nervous about changing my website to a new maintenance company because that's my livelihood and my business depends on a seamless experience for the user. I can say with full certainty that I know this team would back me up if anything were to go or riot at any point, even if it was a weekend.

Texas Brains have been really helpful with my project. I remember being lost and having no sales. After getting my site completely revamped from them, my sales have multiplied & now I look extremely credible & legit to my upcoming & ongoing clients!

I would definitely recommend everyone to consider this agency for their marketing & website design.
