I've used this company several times for ordering curtain material and the haberdashery associated with curtain making. Orders have always arrived when promised, and packed well. When I've had queries they have been answered promptly. There is a chat service where helpful advice can be obtained for things such as the suitability of a fabric for a specific purpose. (This does not operate 24 hours, but you can leave a message that will be answered by email during working ours). Can thoroughly recommend.

The customer service was outstanding, parcelforce lost my material and textile express could not have been more helpful, keeping me updated and sending me a replacement. The material is beautiful and very affordable, highly recommend

Excellent service! Wonderful shop in Oswestry - shame that they are looking to move - but current premises now too small with inadequate parking? Very helpful lady showed us a number of fabrics and advised on hanging of curtains and suitable linings. She then took our measurements and suggested 'add-ons' to lengths in order for the curtains to sit properly on the carpet and to meet the top of the recess above the pole. Across our south facing doors, the heavy fabric and lining will enable us to block out the strong sunshine in summer (when we actually have a summer!) and keep cool draughts at bay in winter. The whole process from order to pick up (they will deliver) took about 6 weeks. The curtains are very well made and are exactly what we wanted. Thank you TE.

Following a recommendation from a friend, I got a quote for 6 pair of curtains for 6 different sized windows from TextileExpress. I am very impractical, but found the company very helpful in advising me about fullness and sizings etc. After choosing material from the swatches I ordered, the curtains were made up. The company rang to confirm a day I'd be home to accept the parcel, and sent it next day delivery with a courier. A perfect service, I'm so pleased with my order! Ordered 29/01/24, received 28/02/24. Fully lined and clearly labelled for each window. Recommended.
