A fantastic experience for online shopping for all you smoking related needs. My first order was for a Peterson pipe and I needed to phone the shop to confirm something which was answered by a man who knew what I was needing and as well as knowing about pipes he took the time to to listen which made such a difference to give me confidence to totally trust that my orders was going to be well packaged ,delivered in good time to Ireland. Made another order today and ordered 3 of the same item by mistake and a quick phone call it was refunded immediately .would highly recommend this shop 💯%

Wow! Ordered cigars yesterday at 1.0pm, email from them about an hour later saying despatched. And this morning, delivered by Royal Mail! Now that is what you call a first class service! Will defo be ordering from them again! Thank you!

This wonderful tobacconist is my gold standard for how to conduct an internet business. The team sets itself the highest standards and meets them without fail. Prompt delivery (for me, always the next morning after ordering), infallible stock control (never out of stock), personal, courteous service (look at the diplomatic responses to the only two negative reviews on this site). In my six-year relationship with Black Swan only one thing has ever gone wrong, and that was my fault (placing the order twice). We had a chat - they'd already worked out my error, and we agreed that they'd hold the second order for a few weeks then charge the card and dispatch. Sure enough, the tobacco arrived with impeccable timing. That's called no-fuss perfect service. It's also very, very rarely encountered. Support this business. Cherish them. I guarantee you'll love them!

Ive just written a rewiew singing high praise to a trader/supplier. trstplt gave me the opportunity to get them on a list recording the traders supporting us all during covid. i immediately thought of the backy shop - FIRST thing i thought of. i knew i wanted to express my gratitude! i go to the backy shop. always. i'm not so au fait on the net. maybe i come across unbusiness-like or rude as a customer. we get asked quite a bit on line, what we think of a trader. so often it's like i dont really know enough to comment: but my immediate response when i'd 'yes-ed' puting on a list. i knew i wanted to write to express my gratitude to Black Swan Shoppe LTD. my most rain or shine supply. the 1.
