The product looks good, but I was a bit disappointed that it is Made in China and not Made in Italy as you claim in your website.

As you placed your order on a Friday night, our website does say "2-3" working days to ship. And as our staff are off on the weekends, your order and delivery label was processed first thing Monday morning. Hence, why it took a little bit longer for it to reach you!
We do encourage our customers to contact us in regards to their orders/deliveries. To our knowledge, Hermes does not charge for their calls, you should contact them directly for any charges that you incurred.

I was a little worried to order from that website based on nearly no reviews at all about it, but it was totally worth it. The bag came by UPS even though i didnt pay extra for fast shipping, which took place the same day. Order came to Poland in about 3 working days and the Pinko bag I've ordered as a gift was brand new and legit, gf was very happy :) 100% RECOMMENDED.

I have been thinking of buying a designer bag for a while now and decided to buy through this website. I was delighted with the discounted prices. Delivery time was quick and the bag arrived in nice packaging which was a good surprise. Would buy through them again.
