Despite occasionally trying other roasters we’ve yet to find one that produces better coffee than the Beanshop. A good range of coffee and teas at realistic prices and delivered promptly.

Helpful staff, good choice available, quick and efficient service. Glad to support small growers too. This was a present for a friend - 6 months of coffee. She loves it as did I when I got mine 10 years ago! And still drinking.

Such an easy shopping experience. I phone as I live further away. Delightful helpful upbeat staff where nothing is too much trouble. Clear communication and a very caring of customer ethic shines through. The coffee is excellent too, and much enjoyed with and without friends. What is not to like?

Great service arrived very quickly

The speed of delivery is awesome. Despite living in the Northern Isles, the package is usually through the door within 48 hours of the order being sent. Other companies could learn a lot from the company’s efficiency.

After visiting the Perth store in November we took out a subscription to try a few more of their coffees. So far everything we’ve tried has been delicious, and interesting to see how the beans look taste and smell so different to supermarket coffee.

There’s so much love and care that goes into this shop and it’s a really nice place. Love finding a new blend and getting some favourite ones. I went into buy a new aero press because I lost my filter but instead I got a replacement which saved quite a bit! This meant I could get a biscuit blend too :)
