Can’t recommend enough!

Just had to right a review for Donnie I was very nervous about driving but Donnie put me at ease straight away and was so patient and calm with instructions which gave me confidence at the start, I really didn’t expect to pass first time but with Donnie’s professional approach I DID IT PASSED FIRST TIME this was back in April and I was so chuffed I’ve forgotten to but a review on trust pilot but here it is thanks Donnie again for you professionalism and kindness and the ability to get me up to standard to pass first time

I learnt to drive in July with my instructor Tracey; I’ve felt so confident on the roads since! She really took her time to make me feel comfortable and moved at a fast but very conscious pace to suit my needs. The whole experience was smooth and easy to navigate. I’d recommend anyone looking to learn to book with the best intensive (especially Tracey !!)

Just want to say Big Thank you to Driving Instructor Lilin, she’s been teaching me , very informative, patiently to teach me how to drive. Whenever I had questions to asked her, she would always answer me. Now I have passed my driving test in one go😃. Thank you so much Lilin.

The best intensive really does live up to its name. Richard Potts is a brilliant driving instructor, I passed first try thanks to him. I’m so glad I used the best intensive, I highly recommend.

Awful.

To start with I was told I was “bad news” and that “instructors wouldn’t touch me with a barge pole”.

Colin had made his unhappiness clear from the start. As I had booked a 15 hours refresher course he dropped me in the deep end driving around Norwich. When I had asked for advise he had told me “your the one driving” or “your the one with the test”. I had also been told by him that theses hours where not actually lessons to teach me but instead just to familiarise myself.

His website shows the lower course of ten hours will include stage one, including controls, moving away, hill starts, and all junctions. I had been told we can’t cover any of this despite having 15 hours rather then the ten.

He hadn’t showed any reassurance or encouragement through the whole thing, his attitude and comment got so bad that we decided to pull over. I had said I couldn’t do it with him acting the way he was. He said he would drop me back.

On the way back he didn’t attempt to reassure me or try and keep me going. I had made it clear I wasn’t happy with his attitude and he had told me it had all been recorded on his camera.

He dropped me off without a mention of future plans, refunds or anything really.

When I contacted him regarding the footage recorded he blocked my number. I emailed him again asking for the footage as I am well within data protection laws to receive as well as asking regarding a refund for the remaining 14 hours. To this he threatened to call the police for harassment.

In short he cut short the lesson, blocked my number and kept my money!!

Avoid at all costs

What an absolute FRAUD of a company. Took my money. Turned up late everyday. Stop replying to emails and calls. Cancelled my tests and now ignoring all messages for a refund. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

This is possible the worst driving company of all time rude and unprofessional when trying to provide a correct email I was abused and had the phone shut down on me I wouldn’t go near them with a barge pole
