The company was started by a…

The company was started by a twenty-something with no work experience, who has a mouthpiece able to convince herself, new clients, and her ignorant loyal followers that she knows what she's doing when in reality she is a clueless snake.

The founder boasts of creating a '7 figure startup' when the company is 8 figures in debt, and unable to pay their own team of virtual assistants. yet instead of being transparent to her team, she promises delayed paychecks before ultimately asking virtual assistants to accept a one-third settlement while she "anticipates" filing for bankruptcy.

all the while she is creating more companies and duping more people into believing that she knows what she's doing. and doing random podcasts where she tries to convince more people she knows what she's talking about, when in reality all her interview answers are just word salad. the only thing the founder is successful at is deception.

The dozens of honest Glassdoor reviews from former staff have disappeared over the past year, somehow.

fake it til you make it I guess?

Run, this company is a scam

Run. Do not walk. Run from this company.

My experience comes from the other side of the aisle, as an employee (former). I was so excited when I joined this company, I truly believed in what they were building, the intentions behind it and wanted to be part of changing the way people viewed virtual assistants and help companies thrive.

If im being fair, I think these were the original intentions.

Until fame and greed and power got to the companies head.

Employees are actively not being paid, many who have left (seeking employment due to not being paid) are still owed money months after parting ways. The CEO and CMO continue weaving webs of half truths and lies to bide them time. They are still hiring VAs with ZERO intention of paying them for their time and work.

They will boast loudly that they're a million dollar company. Yet their employees are begging for a paycheck. Where is the money going? Extravagant business trips the CEO and CMO post on socials? Monthly photoshoots?

If youre an ethical business, you wont hire this company. Your money wont be used to pay the person doing the work.

If youre a VA looking for work, run.

Quantity over Quality

I'm so sad that this company decided to hide their reviews on Facebook after I spent that time fully documenting my experience.

Here's the recreation that I can recall.

I was excited to sign on the company because the owner had shown me that she was interested in helping me streamline my business operations. However, during our initial first meeting, the owner of the company told me that I was being rude/aggressive/combative (I don't remember the exact wording) because I was giving her pushback.

Instead of taking the time to understand why I was focused on a particular idea, she took the time to dismiss me since I didn't share her exact opinion. Wanting the relationship to work, I immediately apologized on the spot and tried to move forward.

I should have realized a red flag during the initial meeting though was when we were discussing payroll and the owner claimed that I could increase my margins just buy hiring people at a much lower rate. When I told her that California is an expensive place to have employees, she proudly told me that she was able to hire administrative talent for $20 an hour in the SF bay area. At that point, I should have realized that we weren't aligned.

Instead, I decided to try for just a bit longer. The owner had some suggestions that I could try for web marketing that she promised she'd sent over. However after sending a few emails over 7 days, she didn't reply. Finally after 7 days she told me that she could no longer personally help me and passed me onto her CMO.

The CMO then interviewed me for a bit and then passed me onto a "Fractional CMO" whose first attempt at helping me was to use AI to generate an entire Facebook marketing campaign.

When I brought this to the company's attention, this was when they finally paired me with a "Client Success Manager." They were kind enough to link me with another one of their employees who was very kind. But it was clear that their experience was far too rudimentary to help me with my desires in marketing.

It seems that the brains behind this operation has found a way to scale her business by paying her employees and contractor poor wages and in doing so focuses on quantity over quality. Buyer beware.
