I got a beautiful Gucci bag for an amazing price. Shipping was a bit off because my bag was shipped from Japan and not marked as shipped by the company. I got my bag super fast, within less than 5 days from ordering, but company sent me the tracking maybe 3 weeks later after I got my bag. It was just a bit off, but very happy with my purchase. I also got the bad directly from The brand Collector. Don’t get it from Vestiaire, they will charge you way more.

I ordered a LV pochette via Vestiaire. Unfortunately it was not in the condition showed in the pictures. It had many more spots. A professional seller should be obligated to disclose all imperfections. Unfortunately you cannot comment publicly on the sellers items.

I tried twice to purchase a LV through this reseller on Vestiare C. and the purchases were both canceled. VC looked into it and said they never download the mailing ticket which means they never planned to send me the bags. I think that they’re business model is no serious. They sell on other platforms and then try to exceed that price and cancel the first offer if they are successful.
I’m super annoyed. They claim to deal with luxury items but have a „0“ service oriented business. What a joke. I also wrote to them; but didn’t get any other response than „we‘ll look into it“. I will make sure to provide my feedback all over the places necessary to protect other potential buyers…

The bag is in even better condition than I had imagined and at a great price compared to other stores. Shipped the day after I ordered.

Got a bag in worst condition as mentioned broke after two times using it. LV bag and both lathers straps broke the answer was I could get 40€ to fix it.avoid buying from them after they sold the item they really don’t care. +700€ item that can’t be used. Spend your money in any other second hand store.

I ordered 2 bags, with a nice discount.
The order got cancelled today, because they said both bags aren't available anymore.

But I know for sure that's a lie, because they put both bags exactly the same for the same price on the website again.

I think they just don't me to have the discount. Suddenly the discountcode I've used isn't working anymore! So they're not being honest at all and I really don't like that!

I can't believe this. Be aware for The Brandcollector!

En effet, l'article L 221-24 du Code de la consommation précise que le « professionnel rembourse le consommateur de la totalité des sommes versées, y compris les frais de livraison ». En revanche, les frais de retour restent à la charge du client sauf si les conditions générales de vente prévoient le contraire.
DONC : Après commande d'un sac + frais d'envoi. Je renvoie le sac à mes frais puisque le produit ne me convient pas (au passage Très mauvaise description de l'état du sac mais bon ....). Et devinez quoi ...Les frais d'envoi aller ne me sont pas remboursés. A quel titre ! Pour quelle raison ?!!! La loi Chatel confortée par la loi Hamon sont pourtant claires mais sans doute pas pour ces gens là !

Heel slechte ervaring. Handtas besteld. Pas na 2 weken en meerdere e-mails bevestiging gekregen dat ze werd verstuurd. Ondertussen meer dan een week verder en nog altijd niks ontvangen. Uiteindelijk zelf contact genomen met pakjesdienst. Mijn pakje blijkt verloren. Geen antwoord ontvangen op mijn e-mail wat ze hier mee gaan doen.
