Unfortunately, my purchase was not delivered to me. The carrier’s website shows it as delivered, but it was not received at my home. I understand that these things happen and are usually the carrier's fault, but my biggest issue is that there is no phone number or live chat available on the website to report the problem directly. I have sent an email through the contact form in an attempt to resolve the situation.

This was highly recommend to me by a very good work colleague . So having knee and lower back issues I gave it a go . I wasn't disappointed .Used the strong CBD cream . Really does make a difference and on the occasion I forgot to use it on my knee I was back to being in pain . Really does give me a pain free day and improves my mobility being pain free . Currently on half price offer , so just bought another jar as my preaching about it my husband he has now decided he needs to give it a go also

I have been using CBD Oil for 8 years. Have ordered from America in the past now use thecbdshop since 2022. I can confirm it is not a scam like other review said. I'm here though to establish, after just receiving my 5,000 CBD full spectrum it does say topical use on bottle and massage. I do take this in the the mouth always in the past but never noticed this topical reference before. Is this new? Something to do with legal selling rules? Anyway after taking a drop in mouth amd felt it instantly (in a good way) ;-) I panicked a bit and have emailed them just now. Waiting a response. Are others taking this in the mouth as drops even though instructions say topical massage :-) ??

I never received my item. They say it was delivered, but I never received anything.
I talked with them by email and they are just ignoring. I lost more than 80 euros and I needed to open a dispute in my bank account to try to recover my money.
They are a scam.

I've ordered two boxes of chewing gum. Received only one. I've emailed the company twice. No reply, no delivery, nothing.

Received the CBD and its delivered in a very basic package which has no information about dosage. Emailed customer services and didn't get a response. I feel like its a con, no effects from CBD, blended with olive oil.

My order was late and when it turned up it was not even what I ordered
