We approached Rebecca at The Coaching Catalysts after recognising how much our 6th Form students had lost confidence post lockdown. They were struggling with their anxieties around subject knowledge gaps and lacked self confidence in where to go with life, questioning their futures. Some of them even struggled to get back into education as they felt unsafe to leave the home. The Coaching Catalyst provided our students with online tutors to support subject knowledge gaps which was a tremendous support. What they then went on to do is create Coaching sessions tailored to them. Motivating them, guiding them and inspiring them to believe in themselves again. Our students would feedback to us that they enjoyed the coaching sessions and they felt more and more confident with themselves after every session. We were able to re engage school refusers back into school with the support of The Coaching Catalysts. We thank you so much! 🙏

Coaching from Sarah has been an excellent experience. She really helped me to identify and work through what was holding me back from taking the next step in my career. Through careful but challenging questioning she guided me towards my own solutions and has enabled me to have much greater clarity around my future ambition and career progression. I continue to use the techniques that Sarah shared with me and now have the tools to progress my career with confidence, belief and self-awareness.

I attended an hour long zoom group goal setting session today. From the outset the hosts were friendly and welcoming. The session was very well organised and we were given a free editable resource to support what was covered. I would highly recommend Sarah and Rebecca!

A warm welcome by Sarah and Rebecca to their masterclass on meaning change. Very motivating and BBC empowering to hear their stories of how they have changed careers and built their coaching practice. An interesting introduction to theory models of how to manage change and negative thoughts. Great to be around like-minded professional women. Appreciated the non-pushy approach to join their group during the session itself.

I've been pretty sceptical of coaching in the past - having been turned off by so much 'woo' and 'woolly'. But after an ADHD diagnosis, I felt like I wanted an expert to help me make the most of this news I'd had about my brain - and what less-than-ideal ways it had affected my approach to life so far!

I had discovery calls with a few coaches but just couldn't shake the feeling it was all a bit woolly and vague. It was only after my call with Rebecca that I felt like I could finally see the potential in it.

Rebecca is so naturally warm, kind and thoughtful, and it's clear that she's built so much skill, knowledge and expertise on top of that, to become a really great coach.

Over the course of our time together, I've shifted my perspective and priorities so much. I've gone from almost constant burnout and a kind of dull, background workaholism, to prioritising the things that really matter to me - family, friends, health, fun! And by doing that, I've actually started making more meaningful progress in my business.

The whole experience has been so supportive, humbling in a good way, and has given me a ton of self-awareness - alongside tools to keep getting better at 'life'!

I attended The Coaching Catalysts' Goal Setting masterclass. Sarah had lots of prompts and questions to reflect on the current quarter, and look ahead to the new quarter. I've made a lot of notes and plans, and am really excited to work on my plan properly, and to action my plans and ideas.

The coaching sessions that I received from Rebecca helped by giving me greater awareness of myself. I now have enhanced abilities to identify both my weaknesses and capabilities which have helped impact change in my life. This has been particularly integral to realising the agency I do actually have in my workplace despite being the most junior intake. Steering me through the sessions to make decisions about how I operate in my personal life that have had a positive influence on my work/life balance. Providing respite and positivity in a sometimes very stressful working environment.

I definitely would recommend others to seek coaching as it has brought an entirely new perspective to my daily life, which has undoubtedly enhanced my self-awareness and outlooks in a very positive way. I have already spoken about these session with friends and family and only have great things to say about the new insights that Rebecca has helped me to understand.

I have been so impressed by Rebecca. I was incredibly hesitant at the beginning, particularly when I discovered that coaching was not an answers based practice (I am a practical person and this was not what I wanted to hear)! Therefore, all credit to Rebecca that she managed to coax me from my reserved stressed state after a couple of sessions into a chatty and reflective version of me that did not open up to strangers like that.

This being said Rebecca did not remain a stranger for long. Rebecca is an incredibly kind, intelligent and intuitive person which makes her impossible not to like. With her beaming smile she always gave 100% attention to our sessions, which cannot be easy when you are doing that to the same degree with multiple clients a day. It takes a great talent in my opinion to steer the sessions as she did without providing any answers.

Rebecca was continuously cheery but focused and I once she had successfully warmed me up to the idea that ‘I was leading the sessions’, I always looked forward to our time together and am very sad that it is over – feel like I’m losing a friend!

I wasn’t sure what would come of this Master Class, but the Coaching Catalysts really have a strong program. I came away with a tool to use in my life and my coaching work, as well as a real desire to work with these women more.

Additionally the women who were gathered for this class only raised the bar. You know you’re onto something good when your class participants make the experience even stronger!

Sarah and Rebecca were both inspiring. Not only did their presentation help me to consider how to improve my own coaching practice but I also had an "aha moment" as I realised something about my own life. Thank you so much!

Rebecca and Sarah delivered a brilliant online workshop session for my female business community - The Hive, all about identifying our needs as women, where they are being met and where they are not, and the impact that this has on our personal and professional lives.

They are absolute pros and fabulous coaches, delivering the workshop seamlessly, with empathy and pitched just right for our community of female entrepreneurs.
