Richard I appreciate the feedback. The CD5 make really good rinks. I love the flat white which is probably the most difficult to get right on automatic coffee machines. Do tell others and keep on enjoying your coffee!!!

A good cup of tea!
I don’t like coffee so was keen to see what The Coffee Desk could do for us in order to get a good cup of tea! We bought a CD4 which uses real PG Tips tea and tastes great. They were really helpful and knowledgeable which made our purchase a simple and easy decision which everyone in the office is really pleased with - this is definitely the best machine for tea drinkers. We haven't had any major issues with the machine but when we have needed to speak to someone it has been a seamless process and sorted over the phone there and then. I highly recommend this company...

Great Customer Service
We found this company on the internet.
We liked the fact there are five machines to choose from as opposed to twenty five!
Once we contacted them we immediately knew that they could meet our needs. We ended up buying the cheaper CD3 instead of the more expensive CD4 as during the trial we conducted we learned that most of our staff wanted coffee and speciality tea.
You still cant beat the kettle for English breakfast tea! Thanks to thecoffeedesk for all their efforts. We highly recommend this company.

A great coffee experience...
We needed a coffee machine for our work but where overwhelmed with all the options. James advised us on what was best and allowed us to trial a brand new machine for a week. Needless to say we kept it.

Highly Recommend
We needed a high volume fresh milk coffee machine. The competition was high. We looked at WMF, FRANKE amongst others but chose thecoffeedesk.co.uk because their support arrangements are the best. The CD5 coffee machine makes great drinks without the need for barista trained personnel. I highly recommend thecoffeedesk.co.uk

Highly recommend!
We needed a machine for 150 people but that was all we really knew. We were able to take a trial to ensure that it would be able to meet the needs of our company and staff. It did! This company was very professional and we highly recommend them. They are there when we need them for support and they know how to make drinks as good as you get on the high street. Thank you.

Would definitely recommend The Coffee Desk
Great service from quotation to installation. We weren't convinced about freeze dried milk but after a trial can confirm the quality is great. Orders/delivery of ingredients and teething queries/technical support are dealt with promptly. James and his team are 100% committed to giving excellent customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

I was asked to source a corporate style…
I was asked to source a corporate style coffee machine for our head office and luckily my Google search brought this company to my attention. I briefly scanned through other websites but they were too technical and long-winded when it came down to expense and the product. From the moment I enquired, James and the team were fantastic and within 48 hours a fully equipped, touchscreen coffee machine turned up in our reception. We had a 7 day free trial and even a box full of biscuits and chocolates given to us to enjoy with the coffee! So, without hesitation and the feedback from the rest of the office, we purchased the machine and three months later we loved the machine that much, we ordered another.

Like you highlighted, this market is crowded with a bewildering amount of choices, options, feature, costs etc - we narrowed that down to just five machines. The five we have chosen are based on value, ease of operation and length of warranty.
The free trial was a chance for you to trial the machines and drinks before deciding. Please do tell others as referral is how e gain most of our customers.
