I am truly blown away by the amazing CV and Cover Letter that my writer Victoria produced for me. Never in a million years did I think my CV would ever look and sound so good. Definitely worth it. Thank you for the incredible service and thank you again Victoria. Great Job.

Amazing service from The CV Pack!

Quick and professional service and I am so pleased with the outcome! Will definitely recommend to anyone I know applying for a new job. Thank you!

Max was an absolute delight to deal with and made the whole experience of reconfiguring my cv into a more condensed and succinct format very easy.
The process was very straightforward and Max demonstrated a clear understanding of my key experience in a very short time.
I am more than happy with my new cv and looking forward to putting it to the test!

The CV package provided was excellent. Victoria was great, she really took the time to understand and establish what I was looking for.

Absolutely fantastic from The CV Pack! I'd never used a service like this before and after years of reading hundreds of other people's CV's in my career as a manager, I thought I had a good idea of how to outline qualities and experience but I certainly couldn't have done it to this standard. My CV writer Vicki was very professional and delivered the the first draft quicker than I anticipated then offered me the chance to make any changes, which because she had done such a great job in all honesty I didn't feel the need to. If like me, you can find it hard to sing your own praises at times I found it very useful to be asked questions about my key achievements, etc and after reading the final copy I felt pride looking back on things I have done throughout my career which has given me confidence to tackle new challenges ahead. If you have never used a service like this I would certainly recommend The CV Pack.

I was absolutely blown away by my CV. I could never have created anything close to that by myself. Vickie did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her services, you won’t be disappointed. Very impressed by the CV pack.com a must use for those wishing to update their CV and LinkedIn profile. Also loved the covering letter.
Thank you ...

Had great service from CV pack. Vicki understood my skills and experience well. She kept me updated throughout and delivered, on time, an excellent product. Thank you

Great service, everything I asked and more. Vicki my writer gave me all the advice I asked for too!

Vicki has been brilliant with helping rewrite my cv, being me I had somethings after that I needed changing which Vicki had no problem doing.

My experience with CV pack has been excellent and I recommend them for anyone wishing to update/improve their CV.

I used the CV Pack to help me with my CV and the outcome was incredible, they have great customer service and they made my CV really stand out. I used the express order as I needed it as quick as possible and I sent it in the morning and had my completed CV by the evening. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service, really impressive, managed to improve my CV dramatically (I never realised what I should and should not be including previously!), I also had a cover letter written for a specific role I am applying to which is great. Thanks!

I recently decided after 15 years as a management consultant to apply to work for the NHS. Over the course of my career I have supported NHS organisations in recruiting a number of roles, most recently to NHS Improvement in 2018, so I have a good idea of the process and the typical requirements. I had read a number of reviews of the CV Pack online and they were uniformly glowing, so I paid for the Senior Management Pack at a cost of £219. The initial telephone call was fine and I was assured that the individual I had been assigned was experienced in crafting CV’s for Senior NHS positions, although I noted that he used terminology that was 8-9 years out of date. I supplied a summary of my full professional experience as requested and my key achievements. A few days later I received a first draft, I fed back that I felt it missed the mark, there was too much ‘management speak’ jargon and that much of the NHS ‘language’ within it had been garbled and rendered meaningless. The second draft was also well below my expectations with spelling mistakes, poor grammar and sentences that made no sense in an NHS context. After 3 hours spent correcting some of the key issues and highlighting a host of others, I stated that it might be faster for me to rewrite the CV than provide detailed comments, but gave the writer the option of having ‘another go at it’, with my detailed feedback. The third draft was an improvement on the first two, but still had a number of errors, referenced fictional experience (i.e. information I hadn’t provided myself) and was, all in all, of a lower standard than I could have done myself. It took me 5 hours to correct the CV and get it into a state that could be considered credibly for an NHS role. When I fed this back to the CV Pack, and requested a partial refund, I received an extremely defensive reply from one of the co-founders, stating there was no foundation for a refund. The stated justification for this was (i) that it had cut the information down to 3 sides of A4 (I already had a 3 sided version, I only provided the longer version because that was what was requested) and (ii)because it could be “parsed by CV reading software”, which was a strange justification from someone ‘experienced’ in creating CVs for NHS roles, because the NHS do not use CV reading software. It is now over a month since I paid the fee and the covering letter and LinkedIn profile have still not been completed, with the 5th draft containing a host of errors I had highlighted in my review of previous drafts. All in all, it has been a very disappointing experience and a very expensive waste of money. I have been reliably informed that there are organisations that offer much better services for a small fraction of the cost. Having worked in professional services for 15 years, I felt that the customer service was extremely poor and rather than trying to address my concerns, it felt like the key focus was to justify how I’d got £219 from such a poor and shoddy service.

Max completed my CV, cover letter and LinkedIn profile. The quality of Max’s work was excellent, attention to detail and communication was unparalleled. Following a few minor tweaks and additions I am completely satisfied with everything a first class experience and I would highly recommend.

My CV was professionally returned to me within the specified time. I am very happy with the outcome. Max was efficient, helpful and approachable.

Vicky was amazing. The service was 1st class and the work was brilliant. Thank you 😊

The service was excellent and I am very happy with my new CV, very professionally done. Thank you so much!

I dealt with many CV maker companies and this is one of the best companies, I highly recommend Victoria James.
