DC Group provide a very professional service. A year ago they installed a new boiler for me and it has been working amazingly. Last week I had my annual service and the engineer did a good job of explaining what he was doing and why the actions are necessary to the effectiveness of the boiler. I would recommend them highly.

I employed the services of the DC Group back in September to fix a temperamental boiler. Dee and the team in the office provided a really excellent service. They were punctual, honest, communicated thoroughly and clearly throughout the job (very useful as I was not on site) and even when the boiler had to be replaced their prices were fair. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation and feel that I have found a firm I can continue to work with.

Engineer Dee arrived on time and did a thorough gas safety check.

Boiler Repair and Service
Boiler broke down on Friday night contacted DC group Saturday morning and they arrived about 2:00pm which was excellent. They fixed the boiler and recommended it have a service, which was definitely overdue. They took me through the process and showed me all the parts that were clogged up.
I was very happy with the whole process, Divyesh and his assistant were very pleasant.

I've used Dee a couple of times, started of with a repair, then a boiler service and now a boiler upgrade. Fantastic every time. Wouldn't use anyone else now. Absolutely amazing service, very efficient and professional advice given on point when first came to inspect the old boiler, all work done within one week including ordering new one, clean the old pipe and radiators, and finished installation. Quality workmanship coupled with genuinely attentive, professional and friendly service at a reasonable price,(which is hard to find with the current situation).
My boiler kept on locking out and Dee wanted to make sure I wasn’t left without heating or hot water so had to service the boiler, (originally booked in for another date), because it was in such a bad state. Kept me fully informed throughout the whole process about which parts he was changing and why, and was even showing me the problems, which put my mind at ease. All was done at the agreed price. Cannot recommend DC Group highly enough. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Dee came today to look at our water heater under the Corona Virus Offer for vulnerable people he made on Facebook. No call out charge and free labour.
He came, He saw, and he Fixed!!
He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and he sorted it out. We have hot water at the bathroom sink for the first time in 5 weeks.
Dee also looked at our living room fire and gave free advice.
We will be in touch Dee and promise in the meantime not to use it until we're ready to replace it.

I contacted The DC Group as they were recommended to me by a friend. I had just purchased a new property but it required new central heating throughout. The team at The DC Group were very helpful throughout the entire process. On the day of installation the team were great, very friendly and tidy and continued to keep me updated throughout the entire process. I have since recommended The DC Group to my family and friends.
