I'd like to thank Colm who been looking after my business performance. He has been very helpful in different ways even some people have left me bad reviews (hate) nothing to do with business, Colm was very supportive and encouraging. He always keep me updated about my business performance.

The easiest way to gently begin this review is that absolutely nothing whent well.. I had the absolute misfortune to be dealing with Richard Mullen. He quite simply is a liar, and im nieve ( neurodivergent autistic dyslexic etc)... I am utterly unable to judge a person's character so I have a nieve and singular strategy that i trust everyone until they fail me... ( its difficult but works > 99% of the time.
The property had contaminated title.. so a year later I urgently needed to sell it.( family problem)..

Richard Mullan got me a buyer when the deed was corrected ( 2 years later)..he knew i was a very charitable person ( my Charism)
So I agreed not to put the property on the open market and agreed a selling price of 320....definitely 10 or 15% below the market.. but it was to an Eastern European couple and 2 children.
Its almost impossible to explain the financial hole i was in... friends and some family loaned me money to pay mortgages.. I lost my job then was divorced so zero income...and enormous debt.. every week was a struggle..I ate 3 times a week for 3 months...and felt broken.. my daughter and her husband particular loaned me 28000 euro .. on the understanding I'd repay in six months, ( their savings for a mortgage).. but things dragged on for 10 months.. then Hellaluha.. the contract was signed by the young couple.. I traveled to cavan to counter sign.. but horror of horrors the price was the price from 3 years previously... I contacted Richard Mullen , he assured me that it was his mistake.. he had forgotten to keep my solicitor updated with the agreed price..( if there were competing offers it possible that one might be missed, although keeping my solicitor updated is the core responsibility of estate agent)...
I was in a terrible position.. not signed the obviously lower price was unconsnable ..I just had to repay the people who gave to their limit... and as Richard Mullen gave me his word that the missing 30k will be paid.. that the buyer family were happy to do so.. because I sold at a bargain price.

I have had many meetings with Richard Mullen ...tells me lies like the delay in getting the missing 30k. Is the are collecting cash.. that was a barred comment suggesting if a tax dodger... Richard eventually agreed for a fee of 5000 euros he'd collect the remaining 2500....

I want to make one very bold statement.. Richard Mullen is wasy too dishonest to be trusted to buy and sell people's homes... His record of keeping solicitor apraised of the highest or best bid lis lamentable..

Absolutely dreadful company. For years now they have been cold calling me and every time they call I advise them I am not interested in their service and request not to be contacted again. Every single one of my requests have been totally ignored and they keep cold calling me. Ten minutes ago they called me again, which prompted me to write this review.

I just sent them an email advising them to stop contacting me and to send me an email confirming they will stop contacting me. I have advised them I will be making a formal complaint to the Data Protection Commission if they do not stop with their unsolicited cold calls.

I will update this review if or when I hear back from them or if I have to make a formal complaint to the Data Protection Commission.

My experience with the Directory guys has been excellent. They were always on hand to answer questions and give good advice especially Colm.
I would highly recommend them to anyone that require these services.

As a new customer, I was first contacted by this company by phone at my business address. Although I initially had limited information about them, they offered an excellent service from the start. Their telephone response time was fast, and they promptly answered all of my questions by email with clear and thorough explanations. I am very pleased to have found this company and trust them with managing my Google page

Its an absolute SCAM. They promise things even Google themselves can't promise, simply because that's not how SEO positioning work. All they offer is to fill out your Google Business profile, nothing more. This is something you can do yourself for free and you dont need to be an SEO expert. Don't fall for it.

Would recommend Directory Guys for your business to get Rankin very professional to generate more calls and needs to your business. Would highly recommend if you have a small business or normal business going to hire these guys.
