EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed a warranty claim for a pair of Ariat boots, The Drillshed responded quickly to my email, requested photo's which I sent by return and the next day I was told the warranty claim had been accepted. A new pair of boots are making there way to me.
I was blown away by the ease of this claim, I was expecting to have to 'jump through hoops' but pleased to say no drama at all and very speedily resolved. I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.
