Very quick responses with thorough info in emails - My only hiccup was the cost of return - Might need a better arrangement with a service, so the customer can return OOP cost a little cheaper - Other then that...Great Job!

Excellent service—great product at a great price, super fast shipping, and simple returns process if needed. My suggestions for improvement: allow exchanges or at least allow promotional price to be used on a replacement order. I got the promotional price for a pair of boots ordered for a family member—they didn’t fit so I had to return for next size but because of no exchanges I had to place a whole new order and had already used the promotional code on the first purchase. That was disappointing.
