Definitely recommend

Definitely recommend!
I live absolutely nowhere near Durham, however The Durham Travel company were recommended by other guests when on last holiday. Travelling alone this year because of single supplement I was priced out of where we usually go, Kev gave me some really great alternatives and then managed to get a rate at our usual place within budget ( much less than what I could get direct) - it has made my day as now no sussing out required - when I get there I can relax from day 1.
It’s also pretty handy that they can call, WhatsApp or email and you haven’t got to wait on hold or wait ages for a reply - very convenient !
I wish them every success and recommend you give them a try - you have nothing to loose and everything to gain 😁

I have found a helpful travel agent!

Well on my last review I said I would not hesitate to book my next trip with The Durham travel co. I was true to my word, well why wouldn’t I be when the company is so easy to deal with. Nothing is any trouble to them. Again a good price that I could not get any cheaper, I did try 😜. Thank you for all your help. We have now been on our repositioning cruise and all went well. Give them a try I am sure you will not be disappointed. Definitely will use them again now I have found them.

Professional and helpful team

Kev listened to our requirements and came up with some options. After selecting our choice. We encountered an issue with the dates. Which was my fault. Kev sorted in out quickly and was extremely helpful. A very professional team who are knowledgeable of their field. Highly recommended

I have booked my holiday using…

I have booked my holiday using TheDurhamtravelco for 2026. Got a great deal and already in the process of enquiring about a deal for 2027. Had a fantastic experience all round, all I did was provide some dates and a preferred location and everything was done for me. It’s always great to support independent businesses, from enquiry to booking, the process has been a total breeze. Would highly recommend to anyone considering using the company. Will be using again.

Fantastic…..
From start to finish the durham travel company (Kev) far exceeded my expectations .
Booked me exactly what I wanted no hassle , professional , friendly and knowledgeable service .
Far easier than Tui whom I always used to book with and honestly CHEAPER than Tui
Seriously look no farther than Kev you won’t regret it .

Great travel company

Kevin was really helpful when planning my trip to Prague, he found exactly what I was looking for, found a great deal including private transfers and was there to answer all of my questions when needed. I would recommend booking through Durham travel and will be using them again for my next trip.

Fantastic service as well as a lot of patience!! Kev sourced our girly trip with apparent ease despite lots of changes and amendment requests from the group. Nothing was a problem. Kev was and is the epitome of professional going above and beyond as well as explaining and clarifying anything guiding us through the whole booking process.
