I’ve been a repeat customer for 13 years, from goosedown duvets and pillow and mattress protectors to wonderful high thread count bed linen and amazing towels.

Everything is always first rate for quality and durability.

The 520 threadcount fitted sheets which I bought 13 years ago are still in regular use, no pilling or thinning and wonderfully soft.

My latest purchase was a 400 threadcount Egyptian cotton “Hotel” self striped fitted sheet. It washes well and feels wonderful to the touch.

Overall, a great item at an excellent price point.

The service from The Duvet Store is also always exemplary.

Order and delivery were completed as promised. Purchased a 10.5 Hungarian goose down duvet earlier this year. Great product. Complemented it with a 4.5 tog summer duvet this time with a Pyrenean duck down duvet. Had experienced this type during a long stay in the region and was not disappointed.
However, when completing checkout details, a faster payments service superimposed itself on the Duvet Store checkout page, confusing me and messing up the process for me. Perhaps I did something wrong but it spoiled the process for me and has emailed me for my details. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

The whole transaction was perfect from order to next day delivery!….as always!

5 stars due to the efficiency of The Duvet Store in processing and shipping the order of the 1.5 low tog Coolmax duvet.

Unfortunately, it is not working for me and the overheating at night continues unabated, even in the cooler weather. Back to a cotton sheet, alas . .

Efficient customer service, prompt delivery, parcel well packaged. This is our second duvet, our first has been fantastic so the decision where to buy a new Hungarian Goose Down wasn’t difficult ! This duvet is superb quality, we look forward to cosy nights in the winter.

Marc went above and beyond my expectations in finding 2 sets of 3 & 4.5 tog down duvets for me that could lock together. In the end with his help I chose the 900 fill power. I have not been disappointed. They are so light, with just the right warmth, and excellent drape & fluffiness. It has made these more frequent beautiful sunny days in Scotland become relaxing summer nights. Although the duvets did not arrive next day as expected Marc was helpful & kind, offering us a good will discount on top of the already 20% discount which made the purchase all the sweeter! And with the 20 year guarantee this will make it less than 7p a day per duvet. What an incredible investment for good sleep!

Great product at exceptional value delivered way beyond expectations on time in London.

Products and service were excellent. Both the inner and outer packaging were damaged so I was a bit worried about the contents inside. However all was fine.

Ordering was easy, everything very swift and efficient. But if you're going to email a discount code to a potential customer, it would be polite to extend it to whatever they would like to buy. They were fortunate that we needed a new duvet anyway, so I gritted my teeth and paid up.
