Great duvet, great company. My second purchase from them and another top quality product! First time got a 15 tog for winter and was so happy with it, when our lighter weight one gave up the ghost it was a natural choice to go to the duvet store for a replacment. So much better quality than my previous purchases from a big high street name!

Great experience yet again - I wanted to buy a summer duvet but having bought and paid for it I realised I had ordered a size too small. Rang and spoke to Tony who cancelled the order, advised on Tog and got me the right size! Prompt delivery too - I asked not to send with Evri as they do not have a good delivery record here so they sent with DPD and bingo! No problems at all. Thank you - best place for linen, duvets, mattress toppers, duvets...

The Duvet Store is excellent. I have just purchased a goose down pillow from them and have also used the company in the past. Their products are of high quality and the Customer Service is first class. They use highly reputable couriers so the delivery service is fantastic.

Great duvets with a personal touch.

We've bought duvets from this store before, despite living in the U.S. This time, we wanted to go for a king size. It's honestly a little small for an American king bed, but it works. And it's a perfect summer weight. I had some questions about the product (the line has changed since we last bought), and got really good, clear advice via email. There was also some confusion about ordering a cover, but that was cleared up and the Duvet Store covered the extra shipping charge. Just be warned, the tariffs are now high... I don't blame the Duvet Store, but U.S. customers should know.

Great value for money and first class service

Excellent duvet! Just the right level of warmth (7.5) and very light in weight. Lovely 'feel' to this product plus it's anti-allergy. Delivered as promised and with a sensible amount of packaging.

Excellent quality. Soft and silky. Good fit for the emperor bed. Arrived quickly.
