Good service, high postage on smaller items.
Great service and reasonable prices, but please keep your postage costs reasonable too, especially for smaller items. Will use again but only with free or cheaper postage charges.

You'll be pleased to here we have just revamped our shipping options. It's been top of our list of things to improve for a while, but logistically it needed a bit of work to get it right. Here's our new UK shipping options:
Small Item Service (Royal Mail) - £4.50
Standard Service (UPS) - £9.95
Free Delivery - Orders over £150
Oversized Items (Colorama Rolls) - £12.99
Next time you order, you'll have the flexibility to order small for a cheaper service, or order more for a free service. Hopefully that helps!

I'm really disappointed with the lack…
I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication from the Flash Centre. I am currently waiting for a refund. I had to chase them to actually get my order despatched back in November in time for Christmas and I have just had to chase them for my refund. My return hasn't been acknowledged although I sent this on 7 January.

Hi, sorry to hear you’ve had trouble getting through to us. I’ve checked all our main email inboxes and can’t find anything referencing “Splash Point Photo.” As you’ve also never made a purchase from us (at least not under the name “Splash Point Photo”), I can’t find your email address or contact info in our system. I’ve also been on to your website to try to find your email address or phone number, and neither is advertised. I did, however, find that the owner of your business is Russ, so I checked our inboxes for communications from a “Russ” over the last few days. Again, I haven’t found anything.
I’m not sure what went wrong here, maybe your email ended up in a spam folder and I can’t locate it, maybe you used an old or slightly misspelled email address, or maybe you emailed an individual at the business rather than the general sales@theflashcentre.com address and it hasn’t been picked up. Today, I can give a 5-Star rating. I placed a telephone order with Birmingham TFC. The stock levels were checked while I was on the phone and availability confirmed. I was told the order would be despatched that evening and could expect delivery the next day.
That’s exactly what happened.

Flash Lighting Workshop
I attended the Introduction to Flash Lighting course workshop at TFC in Birmingham. The staff were friendly and helpful while the tutor, Gary Hill, provided a real masterclass on the subject. All in all, a most enjoyable and informative day. My thanks to all involved not forgetting our model Evie.
