Excellent company, I moved address and forgot to update some details. I needed two important letters, and was quite worried I would not receive them.

Great service

This my second time in using this company for the id verification of our new share holders. I need to give praise to ED who always replies quickly and makes sure all your questions are answered. They were even wonderful to give me a discount as a returning customer. The id verification was done smoothly and we were able to get our personal codes from companies house within a day. They are a very reliable and trustworthy company.

I would advise you use another company. I ordered the main package on 28th April and I am still waiting. They will not prompt you and also lie about e-mails. I have asked for a refund today and will use another company for a speedy turn around. The guys on the phone clearly did not care and the whole process was frustrating. Make sure you use another company and my advise is not to use the full package and to take the cheapest. Just not with these guys!

We had some issues with the new companies house requirement around personal ID codes, however Ed was on hand to assist and kept us fully updated.

This is my 3rd time using The formation company and I would highly recommend them.

Seven years ago when Formations helped G & G Partnership Limited to start up they included legal support on making business contract templates for us. Recently a new key customer needed to make significant changes to our standard terms and although the legal service was no longer available Formations did give critical advice albeit on a basis of not being liable for advice received. This was a WOW customer experience nonetheless and we wanted to thank Ed and others for the same day turnaround.

Laura and? Richard were absolutely charming, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. They held my hand every step of the way verifying my id at companies house with the added difficulty that I live in the Isle of Man , unrecognised by gov. Uk etc. I’d spent 4hrs and shed a few tears of frustration until I happened upon your company. Thank goodness

I contacted the Formation company because it is a registered Approved Corporate Service Provider and I wanted help to verify my identity as a Company Director. They were enormously helpful when I had been going round in circles trying to do it. I had help to complete the documentation and received the relevant code the next day.
