Quality product, delivered ahead of schedule
Placed a made to order for some wooden chairs. They were delivered ahead of schedule and the quality was excellent. The team kept me regularly updated and even called after delivery to check I was happy, and I was.

I was after a floor lamp for my flat…
I was after a floor lamp for my flat and found the perfect one on The Furnshop. Shortly after I'd ordered, I realised that I'd mistakenly ordered the lamps that came as a pair, however I only required 1. After speaking with Sakina, she managed to arrange for only 1 lamp to be delivered, and refunded me the difference for which I was very grateful. The lamp arrived, albeit you have to wait a few weeks, but it is beautiful, very easy to put together and exactly how it was described on the website.

Very reliable. My order of 6 dining chairs went smoothly. They were dispatched from their warehouse earlier than expected and were with me within 2 weeks of being ordered. The chairs were packed carefully and were simple to assemble with clear instructions. The chairs are of good quality and are well finished.
I received a follow up call the next day to make sure I was happy with my products and delivery.
If I could mention one small problem it was that the tracking system for delivery wasn’t very specific and only stated that it would be between 09:00-18:00. However I suspect that this issue was with the delivery company TNT rather than the Furnshop.
I would definitely use them again.

Excellent Quality Pine Bedroom Chest
The quality of the 3 + 4 drawers pine bedroom chest that I received was excellent, including its perfect condition (appearance and finish) and its aesthetically pleasing & functionally effective design (e.g. deep drawers of good length). Compared with similar high quality bedroom furniture from other suppliers, I was very satisfied on value for money criteria and also with the customer service (including delivery timeliness) I received.

All went well. Good communication re delivery. Given a specific 6 hour time slot and telephoned half an hour before arrival. Nice piece of furniture, solid, sturdy and ready assembled. Would use them again.
