Purchased a hair relaxer (amongst other things) from The Glamour Shop. It appeared to have been tampered with because the lid was loose, there was a speck of dirt in the relaxer itself, and it had the most awful stench which this particular brand of relaxer shouldn't have, I threw it in the bin without using it. I couldn't return it since nobody at the company responds to emails and the phone they have just rings and rings and eventually goes to answer phone. I left 3 messages on their answer phone and sent 2 emails - I never got a response.

In addition to a tampered with relaxer they also sent me the wrong shampoo which was different to the one advertised on their site.

I absolutely would never shop with this company again, I am at a loss to understand how a company can run a business whilst avoiding all contact with its customers and refusing to respond to complaints. The only correspondence they send is invoices.

Like another reviewer here, I too attempted to leave a review on their website but this is a company that hates negative reviews so mine was also deleted and a load of one-line, generic positive reviews suddenly appeared in its place.

Unprofessional, poorly run company, with questionable products and dreadful customer service.
