The Loaded Tea has outdone it! So many flavors, i still have some more flavors to try but so far Rocket pop has been my favorite!! And they don’t spike my glucose as i’m diabetic, so my diabetic peeps hurry and try The Loaded Tea! Gives you a boost of energy and no crashing feeling later in the day! And also the Customer service is amazing at answering any questions!

I am a new customer and just received my first order. There was a slight (very slight) mix up of what I ordered so I reached out to customer service. I received an extremely quick response and the mix up was resolved immediately. Best customer service I have ever experienced!

This is the kind of business everyone should support. Not only are all the loaded teas amazing. I received my second order today and it was missing one packet so I sent an email and within minutes they responded with there sincerest apology and are sending me my missing packet along with 4 more completely free. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love these Loaded Teas. I saw an ad on TikTok and gave them a try, the caffeine boost is perfect for me as I teach 4 year olds. The flavors are amazing and I now have a hard time drinking just plain water. I recommend them to my friends often!

I absolutely love the loaded teas! I have stopped drinking soda and just drink these each day now! My favorite currently is the Southern Strawberry Kiss but i've loved almlst all thw flavors!

Well I was buying from a friend until a co worker had me try hers from the loaded tea shop. The loaded tea shop has more caffeine and more vitamin n stuff in them more than my friends plus there stronger in flavor n better taste annd so many options and cheaper. My loaded tea last me awhile cause I just keep adding water and I get my water intake which I’ve always had trouble doing cause I was a faithful Alani drinker and haven’t had one in forever and I drank 3 of those. I will admit I do however drink two a day of the loaded teas but I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse tech at a hospital. Even my friends that I work with has made the switch. I also would like to add that if something is wrong with their product they replace it and make it right. I will continue to buy like I have the past 2.5 months. Thank Loaded Tea Shop. Also the only thing I hope the tea shop does is give me a warning before they get rid of my favorite limited time flavors, Their cotton candy and southern strawberry and rocket pop are my favorites and so yummy and I wanna stock up! lol

This is my third order from them. I absolutely love the flavors. This last one had a little hiccup with receiving one I didn’t order and missing a couple I did order. Within 7 minutes of my email my issue was already resolved. If that’s not the best customer service, then I don’t know what is. You MUST try The Loaded Tea Shop. They are too good to pass up!

I’ve ordered a couple cases of the teas I really liked because of course they’re limited edition and I figured they would sell out. When I got home I opened my order and it turns out that I was sent an entire package of the wrong loaded tea because the picture on front is the same. I ordered cherry bomb, and received Cindy. I immediately contacted customer service and let them know that I was supposed to receive a case of cherry bomb and did not they within half an hour wrote me back that they would be replacing the case of cherry bomb, sending me other flavors to try, and I could keep all of this Indies. Not only is this a fantastic tasting product but their customer service is next level. I told them that I will be sharing some of my packets with other people to try to spread the word regarding how great accompany this really is

This company is hands down the best company to deal with! First of all the teas are absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Customer service is top notch! I have ordered several times and my orders always arrive very quickly. One time there was a mix up with my order and literally within 5 minutes of emailing them, I got a notification that my new order was being shipped out!! I am blown away! They have gained a loyal lifelong customer …not only because I am addicted to these teas, but because of the wonderful people and customer service they have !!

The customer service at loaded teas is top notch. When I received my order it had one set of incorrect teas in it. I sent them an email and literally instantly they responded with an order including the two missing teas along with a few of their other top selling teas. I hadn't even close my email before I received the order confirmation. Whether I like the product or not as a first-time customer I am a total fan of the company. They obviously stand behind their product and their service to their customers! That means a whole lot in my book in this day and age.

I recently ran into a technical issue on The Loaded Tea Shop’s website that prevented my discount codes from applying correctly. I reached out about the $36 amount of discounts that didn’t apply, and their team responded promptly within hours and honored my request for a refund of that $36 amount! 🙂

Ashley was especially kind and helpful. Even through email, her warmth and genuine care came through. That kind of personal attention can be hard to find in customer service today, and it made the experience memorable.

The flavors are great, and the Customer service is outstanding. A problem with an order was corrected quickly and I received a really nice bonus of additional packets.

First off the customer service treats you like family !! Love the personalization provided. Second the flavors are incredible and you can adjust to your flavor liking as the mentioned. No after taste or pains etc.... nice relaxing drink !! Highly recommend !!! I'll definitely order more

There was a little malfunction with one of the packets in my order and customer service immediately sent out an order to replace that packet, and included a few other flavors for my inconvenience. So far I've tried the Southern Strawberry Kiss and I'll tell you it is a divine treat! It was well worth the money.
